My experience with Precision Door was superb. Making an appointment over the phone was easy, while the agent was polite and pleasant. The technician was punctual, informative and in and out in under an hour. He was quick to diagnose and explain the problem. My only regret was living with a broken door for so long. My garage door failed to open after the storm. I bought this unit several years ago and chatted with a representative at 10pm in the evening and setup an appointment for the next day. Technician was on time and practiced all social distance requirements. Ultimately problem was just some general service the unit needed. This is what customer service should be. Highly recommend Precision whether to install a new opener or service something existing. No long song and dance of could be this or that and then sold something you probably don't need. This was an easy fix and like my original install years ago, nothing to complain about only praise

Awesome service. So easy to work with. Great work. We had been using a different company, but we called Precision after the other company failed to return phone calls. We received a reminder email the day before our appointment with Precision. The day of the appointment, we received an email and a call from the technician, Jesse, that he was on his way. He was very polite. He identified what needed to be fixed right away and quickly fixed the problem. I could not be happier.

Had an appointment within the promised 2 hour window, tech Jessie was prompt and courteous, called to let me know his exact arrival time (even offered to buy coffee on the way!), he worked efficiently, explained all options and outcomes, solved the problem and did general maintenance. Did not break the bank. Highly recommended!!!

Richard taught me something I did not know how the garage is set to hit the ground the other guys who installed it did not make certain how deep it hit the ground and Richard fixed it because the screws going into the wall started coming out and I noticed it that's why I called and he mounted it again and know when it hits the ground it doesn't even come out of the wall it stays perfect into the wall mount. No bigee but fixed. Thanks

Courteous, professional overall experience. I scheduled the tech visit (for a garage door opener tune-up) within 4 days from contacting Precision. The tech (Leonardo) called me on the morning of the 4 hour service window, then arrived at the time he provided. Tech was professional, courteous and informative. I ended-up replacing parts during the visit and my garage door is opening/closing like new. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.
