I called out of the blue as a new customer on a Thursday morning at about 7:30 with a dead garage door and a trapped vehicle. The terrific young woman who answered (24/7) gave me a tech and a time right there and the tech (Travis) talked to me before, during and after the repair which was accomplished within 4 hours of the initial call. This organization is top notch and I'll be using them again to overhaul my other doors very soon. Totally impressive in all respects.

Darren did an excellent job, worked efficiently and was very pleasant to deal with. He came out two weeks ago to repair a broken spring and explained to me why the installation was substandard and unreliable. My only disappointment was finding out what a sloppy job my previous service company had done and what cheap parts he had used. No wonder I had so many service calls.
