I received a call from Travis letting me know the window of time he'd arrive to come fix our broken garage door spring. We have a very old door and a spring had recently snapped making it difficult to lift the 140lb door. Travis took a look at the situation and though there were going to be a lot of difficulties with the repair due to the space between the walls of the garage and the hardware, he set was confident he could make the repairs. He walked me around and showed me how old the hardware was and where it was failing in other ways and walked me through the costs. I approved the work and in 2 hours he had our garage door working better than ever. These guys were great, efficient, and I'd call up for Travis if we ever need more help.

Rick the technician came to the house earlier then expected which was great for me. He did call and ask if it was convenient first. He did a great job on our garage door--It was more than I wanted to pay--but I know that we needed this work done. I will use them again at my other house for sure. Rick was courteous and did a good job. I give this company 5 stars.

Excellent! First they sent me an email with the name and picture of the technician who would work on my garage. No chance of opening my door to a stranger! The next day they called ahead of time to tell me when they would arrive and the name of the technician. The person arrived at the exact time, assessed the problem, told us the approximate price to fix it and had all the necessary materials on the truck. The technician got to work immediately, was efficient, polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Brian was able to come over an hour before the time window given to me, which was great because my car was stuck in the garage. He was friendly, professional, and honest, which I really appreciated. He diagnosed the problem right away (broken springs) and fixed it with no issues. Pricing was fair and the entire experience was excellent! I am saving Precision's info and calling again if I ever have another problem with our garage doors.

Both the initial repair technician and the installer, Sam, were fabulous. The technician was polite, professional, straight forward and made you feel very comfortable. Sam, the installer, was beyond fabulous. He was prompt, hard working, dedicated, and meticulous. He ended up spending most of the day here, keeping us updated on his progress, problems, and questions. He takes great pride in his work. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
