Mr. Ricardo, your installer, was excellent. He replaced the motor, put in nylon wheels, rmoved the old chain-linked motor and the end result was the smoothest garage door I have operated. He explained the key functions before he left-and I was so pleased to use his services. For the 1st time since 2001, I do not wake up to the sound of a noisy garage door opening! Thanks Ramesh Rama

I found the company on google, and they looked reputable. I had been burned in the past so I decided to try a company that seemed more established. They were very helpful and professional and best of all, reasonably priced. The two men who came to do the work quickly recognized that we needed more than new rollers, which is what we had signed up to get on Goupon. We needed new springs and runners as well. They totaled up the cost on an IPad, reviewed them with us, obtained our approval and set about making the repairs. It was all done in two hours.
