The two men who came to do the work quickly recognized that we needed more than new rollers, which is what we had signed up to get on Goupon. We needed new springs and runners as well. Mr. Ricardo, your installer, was excellent. He replaced the motor, put in nylon wheels, rmoved the old chain-linked motor and the end result was the smoothest garage door I have operated.
