Rick Coleman was prompt, gave an excellent explanation of the problems, worked efficiently and called a co-worker with more supplies so the job could be finished in one afternoon. I also had a very competent person on the phone to make the appt. I will recommend you for sure.

Precision was rated very highly on Angie's List, and when our garage doors started to shake and shudder on the way up/down, they were the only place we called. They had an appointment fairly close, and the tech was right in the middle of the time window. He discussed what was wrong and what the options were.

Great service from the initial phone call the serviceman completing the job. 24 hour turn-around service from the initial call to completion of job. Best service ever and even better technician. Travis worked tirelessly for 7 hours replacing two sets of springs and installed two new belt drive garage door openers on our antiquated heavy wood garage doors. Not an easy job. Thank you!

I was very pleased with the service and followup. I needed new springs and they ordered them and in 2 days they installed the new springs and I was able to get my cars safely outside. Travis was a professional and did a great job. He was clean and courteous and explained everything to me so I would know what to expect.

We are so pleased with our new garage doors. The technician was terrific! He had the old doors removed and the new doors installed in about 3 hours and he worked alone! He said he would arrive between 8 am and 1 pm and he was certainly on time - started the job around 8:15am. It was just amazing. The doors are so easy to operate. We are so happy that we chose Precision. Thanks for a job well done.
