Our service technician was Travis with whom we were totally satisfied. Knowing he would be a little later than scheduled, he called twice to keep us abreast. Darren was friendly, courteous, professional, on time and explained everything to us. The spring was broken and he suggested we also replace the rollers and cable as well as the spring and he was not a high pressure salesman and left the decision to us. He did the job quickly and efficiently. We have no complaints except that we thought the price was a bit on the high side. Would definitely use this company again and request Darren.
