Excellent service. Prompt, knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional. My garage door was "tuned up" as promised using an Angies List discount coupon. Additional problem was found and repaired correctly at a reasonable cost. Technician (Rick) was very friendly and most willing to explain his work while I observed him performing the needed adjustments and repairs. I had Precision doors come and fix my garage door apparatus about a year ago. They did a terrific job and offered a lifetime guarantee. When the front mount came off they came out the very next day, before the time expected and a terrific job of fixing the problem. Moreover to remount the connection the service man had to customize a way to prevent it from coming loose again. I believe Darren was the name of the technician and he did a wonderful job, was pleasant, and was finished very quickly. And as promised there was no charge. Precision was on top of scheduling the appointment for the Angie's List special, and it is a good deal to tune up and replace the rollers on our garage doors. Darren called ahead and showed up right on time for the job. He pointed out potential issues for the future, and didn't try to up sell me on things that are not currently needed. It took him about 45 minutes to service both doors, and was very courteous and professional.

I initially selected Precision because it seemed the most professional business of the ones I dealt with while getting quotes to install two new openers in a very old existing garage. They were very quick to respond and got a technician to come out and evaluate the install without a charge. When Travis (the technician) and I spoke with him on the phone he made me feel very confident regarding his ability to do the job properly despite the many challenges it posed. Another reason I chose Precision was the broad selection of products and the multiple options available to me in my particular situation. Travis completed the initial install in 2012 very well and I was fully satisfied. Last week one of the doors broke and I called. They sent Travis again (the same day) and he surveyed the situation, giving me a very honest assessment of my options. Again, there were many challenges to the repair and Travis himself expressed some reluctance, but eventually he completed the job just as I asked him to and to my complete satisfaction. I would definitively recommend Precision to others for garage door opener installation and repair. Travis did a fantastic job both times.

Rick C did an excellent job. I believe the door was out of alignment;it was leaning to one side and unable to ride straight-up. Rick was able to correct the problem in about 1 hour and it is still functioning OK after 3 days of use.

During the recent blackout I had to open my garage door manually and when the power went back on I couldn't reconnect it to the opener. Besides that both lights wouldn't light. Travis came at the appointed time, showed me how to reconnect it if I had the same problem in the future, replaced the lights and that was that. Everything fixed.

I met Travis one week ago as he was repairing my neighbors garage door. He was able to do a on the spot consultation and evaluation of my garage door issues. Garage door would not go up and down all the way. We called late at night and technician came the next morning. Fixed all rollers and springs. Game me two options and was not pressured into either one. Fixed garage door in one hour and was on his way. Extremely satisfied with complete service along with ease and speed of service. Travis very pleasant to deal with and extremely professional. Pricey service. Final cost was 700.00. There was a coupon online that I did not see, felt it should have been offered to me.

The technician,Justin, came, diagnosed the problem with my non-working garage door opener, and installed a new opener in less than 90 minutes. He took the old equipment and the new packaging with him, leaving my garage clean and neat! And, we got a great new quiet door opener!

My garage door spring broke on a Friday afternoon. I was able to make an appointment for Saturday. Darren the technician called ahead of time and was prompt. He was excellent at both explaining the problems with the garage door and fixing everything quickly. I loved the e-mails confirming the appointment as well as letting me know which technician was coming. I was also very relieved that Darren had all the parts available on his truck, especially since it was Saturday. Overall the whole repair experience was excellent and would not hesitate to use them again.
