I couldn't be happier with my 2 garage doors and 2 door openers from Precision Door. Every step of the way was very professional and all the staff members involved were extremely polite and efficient. I initially had a problem working the door opener and a staff member showed up within minutes to show me the correct way to use the opener. The service was very prompt. My wooden garage door bottom panel was damaged, and the lower wheels were out of the rail. The technician Francisco, fixed part of the problem (put wheels back on the rail), and sent for more info on feasibility and price for the repair of the wooden panel. He was polite and helpful. Waiting for follow up.

My garage door was not opening. The scheduling for service was only 1 phone call away . Rick called ahead of the scheduled time and was able to repair the problem by replacing the logic board. It didnt take long and was able to talk more about how mechanics of the door system work. I will not hesitate to call them in the future

The service was excellent starting from making the appointment. I was given a weekend appointment which is what I requested. I asked for a phone call and received on 20 minutes before the service person arrived. He was professional and friendly. He made recommendations within my budget and gave me confidence that he could repair my door, which was not closing all the way. He replace rollers and had it functioning so much better than it was. It is quieter and sturdier than it was. I will recommend Precision to friends and neighbors.

A "loud" snap as the garage door was closing led to a late afternoon call to Precision and an 8am service response by Rick and his team. He confirmed that the broken right side spring was the problem, and suggested that the left side might also be vulnerable and should also be replaced. I agreed, and also opt'ed for the "refurbish service". One hour later, the garage door was operational. Rick was the consummate professional, and I am happy with Precision and their team.
