Leo called just before he arrived and arrived promptly. Looked over the door to see if it could be repaired and tried a few things and then explained the options to us thoroughly. We decided the best thing to do was to purchase a new garage door. He was helpful in and informative in us making our decision.

After being extremely pleased with work that was performed on one of my garage doors earlier in 2017, I recently decided to have Precision replace all my garage door openers and change out the hardware on two other doors. The tech, Brian , was outstanding; very professional, knowledgeable, and informative. He did a magnificent job- I didn't realize garage doors could be this quiet. I 'd recommend the company, and Brian in a heartbeat.

The two men who visited us in their big and clean Precision Door truck, were professional. knowledgeable, nice to talk with, and quite competent. We replaced one opener and will contact Precision in the Spring to do the second. We're glad to have this company on our list of trusted providers.

I am impressed with the quality of work done by your technician Leo Rosado. He walked into a garage that was neglected for a long time. Both doors on my two car garage had snapped springs and lacked any safety cables. Leo took the time to explain what he was doing and also why it was important to do what he was doing. He kept a safe work environment and cleaned up before he left. He left me with contact information and have me a summary of what was done. I was extremely satisfied and would highly recommend their service.

Brian J X Birchler was terriffic. Not only did he know the equiptment, but he was/is personable and informative. Brian accurately diagnosed the problem with our 35 year old door opener and methodically removed and replaced it with a new (with new technology), stronger, with more beneficial features, and that is smooth and QUIET. I really appreciate the fantastic job he did and the personal professional manner in which he did it. Thank you Brian and Doug (for sending this effecient and capable technician).

The door and lift are of great quality as were the installers. They did everything in their power to make sure that everything was operating correct and the fit was as good as it could be. The office personnel made sure everything was ordered correctly. Great job! Thanks.

I couldn't be happier with my 2 garage doors and 2 door openers from Precision Door. Every step of the way was very professional and all the staff members involved were extremely polite and efficient. I initially had a problem working the door opener and a staff member showed up within minutes to show me the correct way to use the opener. If you are looking for a new garage door, this is your company!!

Taking the time to share my experience is important because everything from scheduling to the actual work went perfectly. Travis, the technician, was great explaining the work and cost before it was performed and then walked me through it when completed. Precision stands alone in this industry exemplifying professionalism, honest and outstanding customer service. I have no affiliation with them but felt people should know about this company.

The service was very prompt. My wooden garage door bottom panel was damaged, and the lower wheels were out of the rail. The technician Francisco, fixed part of the problem (put wheels back on the rail), and sent for more info on feasibility and price for the repair of the wooden panel. He was polite and helpful. Waiting for follow up.
