I want to let you know what a pleasure it has been dealing with Glenn Gualtieri. He was very thorough in explaining the different products available, for both the doors as well as the openers. Today, after I called him about the color of the doors, he came right over and we compared the sample to the door. As it turned out there is a bit of an optical illusion, holding the sample up next to the shingles on my house the color is almost identical. But when you see the expanse of the door these is a bit of a difference. The installers were very professional as well. They did a great job. I am very happy with your company, and should the occasion arise Iâ??ll be happy to give your company my recommendation. (Shared Review)

I chose Precision because it is local. Brian was very professional, courteous and new exactly what needed to be done. He explained my options and what he planned to do. He has a very nice way about dealing with a customer and when he was finished he explained the charges and the total write up on the bill. I would recommend him to my friends and if needed call on him again.

tito did a very good job and is a good representative of your firm. he is polite, on time and professional. overall i am very satisfied and will use you again. can i ask a favor though. after tito left and i opened and closed the door , i noticed there was some light coming from the bottom of the door i.e., the door wasn't really coming to rest on the ground...i'am probably talking fractions of an inch. i preferably would like it flush to help keep out the cold as well as small unwelcomed animals. can i have tito stop and ensure it is flush with the ground? thank you.

Installer was Sam and he was excellent. Very much a person who enjoyed his job and always willing to tell you what he was doing. The only issue I encountered was that when Sam left something went wrong with the sensors and the garage would not close no matter how I tried to adjust them. When I called the main number for help there was no record of any install scheduled for my home. Better yet, they said there was no Sam working for them. I called the phone number on my receipt Sam left for me. Whats with that??????

John, I apologize for the SNAFU. As you are now aware my new door divisions administration is closed on Saturday while we are installing doors. The service center is separate from this division and does not have ability to access their database. I understand that the door is working properly now though. I am making adjustments to the database to ensure that the left hand knows what the right is doing. Thank you for your comments and I once again apologize for the unneeded stress.
