My garage door was not opening. The scheduling for service was only 1 phone call away . Rick called ahead of the scheduled time and was able to repair the problem by replacing the logic board. It didnt take long and was able to talk more about how mechanics of the door system work. I will not hesitate to call them in the future

The service was excellent starting from making the appointment. I was given a weekend appointment which is what I requested. I asked for a phone call and received on 20 minutes before the service person arrived. He was professional and friendly. He made recommendations within my budget and gave me confidence that he could repair my door, which was not closing all the way. He replace rollers and had it functioning so much better than it was. It is quieter and sturdier than it was. I will recommend Precision to friends and neighbors.

A "loud" snap as the garage door was closing led to a late afternoon call to Precision and an 8am service response by Rick and his team. He confirmed that the broken right side spring was the problem, and suggested that the left side might also be vulnerable and should also be replaced. I agreed, and also opt'ed for the "refurbish service". One hour later, the garage door was operational. Rick was the consummate professional, and I am happy with Precision and their team.

I want to let you know of the wonderful service provided this morning by Leonardo. Leo first provided service several months ago when one of my garage door units was not working properly. Although Leo was able to get the door operational again, it acted up again several weeks later and Leo returned to replace the unit. This morning he returned to repair a roller that I had accidentally bent out of alignment. All three service calls began with a phone call where Leo introduced himself, and let me know his anticipated arrival time. Leo is always courteous and a true professional. He takes the time to explain the problem and how he intends to remedy it. When the work is complete, Leo clearly articulates what has been done and why, and he patiently answers any question I pose! And he makes sure I have any manuals/instruction sheets in my possession before departing. In an era when top notch service seems to be a rare occurrence, I am happy to let you know of the outstanding service provided by Leonardo Rosado. He is a wonderful ambassador for your company.
