I am writing about my appointment I had with Precision. I had Travis come over to put in a new key pad and help me program my new car remote. Travis is a smart, dependable, friendly professional. He can solve any problem within minutes. You are lucky to have his knowledge on your staff. From the first phone call to the work done, I am very pleased.

Darren was friendly, courteous, professional, on time and explained everything to us. The spring was broken and he suggested we also replace the rollers and cable as well as the spring and he was not a high pressure salesman and left the decision to us. He did the job quickly and efficiently. We have no complaints except that we thought the price was a bit on the high side. Would definitely use this company again and request Darren.

Wow! From the time I spoke to someone on the phone to the job being completed, I am very happy with Precision. Travis was great. He came right on time, explained everything that needed to be done and why, completed the job with ease, and then explained how everything worked when the job was completed. My new opener is very quiet, and I love my new keypad. Travis also helped me program the opener in my car so I can just push a button and the door opens. It is nice to know if I have any problems, I can call for help. Thanks, Alice

We were very happy with Precision. Our technician, Justin, was great--professional, polite, and patient when explaining the problem to me. We ended up getting a new motor for one of our garage doors, and it all seems to be working wonderfully now. He also did us the favor of adding a screw that was missing, resulting in our door being a little bowed.

I want to let you know what a pleasure it has been dealing with Glenn Gualtieri. He was very thorough in explaining the different products available, for both the doors as well as the openers. Today, after I called him about the color of the doors, he came right over and we compared the sample to the door. As it turned out there is a bit of an optical illusion, holding the sample up next to the shingles on my house the color is almost identical. But when you see the expanse of the door these is a bit of a difference. The installers were very professional as well. They did a great job. I am very happy with your company, and should the occasion arise Iâ??ll be happy to give your company my recommendation. (Shared Review)

I chose Precision because it is local. Brian was very professional, courteous and new exactly what needed to be done. He explained my options and what he planned to do. He has a very nice way about dealing with a customer and when he was finished he explained the charges and the total write up on the bill. I would recommend him to my friends and if needed call on him again.

Our service technician was Travis with whom we were totally satisfied. Knowing he would be a little later than scheduled, he called twice to keep us abreast. Upon arrival, he very thoroughly explained what he would do and then went about his job with great efficiency. He was very warm and courteous and left us feeling that we were in good hands.
