Just want to say I appreciate the service from Precision. The rep showed up on time, was really pleasant, explained everything fully, and even installed a keypad outside for me to save running back and forth to open the current door. I'm looking forward to receiving my door. Thanks.

I learned about Precision from Angie's List and arranged for a garage door tune-up. The technician did a brilliant job, and the door works better now than it has in 10 years. Thank you!

Needed garage door to be secured, but thought garage door was damaged. Tech came out and not only got the garage door to work, but told me what could go wrong in the future. Prompt, knowledgable, would recommend.

Leonardo the service technician was very professional. He called prior to his arrival letting me know the exact time he would arrive. After he inspected the garage door opener he informed me that a part had to be replaced and he had the part on the truck. After installing the new part he tested the garage door opener to insure it worked properly. He then advised me the springs on the other door should be replaced. Once again the springs and safety cables were on the truck. After installation he tested the garage door to make sure everything was working correctly. A job wll done

Travis was fantastic. He arrived right on schedule--even though the appointment was an emergency appointment--and talked my wife and me through the options for replacing our broken opener without pressuring us. He then installed the opener same day and took the time to show us how everything works. It was a total pleasure working with Travis, and I would highly recommend the company to anyone needing work on their garage door. Thanks!

Travis took the time to explain the difference between repairing and old garage door or replacing it. We decided to replace it. The installer came within the scheduled time. Once he was done, he took the time to explain how to operate the garage door. A job well done.

Had a great experience with precision. The woman who answered the phone was courteous and took my info quickly and got me scheduled for the next day. Travis was my service technician and was great. He was polite and knowledgeable. He called me early in the day to confirm appointment and give me the time he would be there which was really nice. Many times you wait during the window you are given and never know when they will show. He called again when he was on his way to reconfirm. When he got here he quickly assessed the problem, gave me options and then worked extremely efficiently to repair my garage door. He clearly explained the repairs to the door that he completed. Thanks Travis and Precision!

Our door stopped working only last evening. So I was pleased to find your site first thing this morning, get an actual person on the line right away (Lisa), and set up a service call for the same day. Darren called to let me know he was on his way and when he got there he sized up the problem quickly. After giving me a number of solution options I decided to go for a replacement part / repair and he got right to it. As it turns out he needed one more small part to complete the job and he started calling around and located one. He'll be back in the morning to complete the job and that suits me fine.

Travis called in the morning to say more specifically when he would arrive and he did, exactly on time. He was very professional and pleasant. Travis looked over the entire mechanism and quickly assessed the problem. He was able to quickly and cleverly remedy the problem. The garage door seems to be working very well and very quietly. We are very satisfied.

The job was on time and all according to quote. Excellent follow up when I had to call them and asked them for a minor adjustment: They were back the next day, fixed what I asked them to do, all at no extra cost. They have knowledgeable workers, and good service on the phone.

I was very happy with every aspect of the repair, from my initial phone call to the actual repair (wire replacement). I have always been very satisfied with the service I have received from Precision and would recommend you to anyone. Travis installed my new system originally and I was completely satisfied with his performance then and now.
