Exceeded expectations! Josh was hours early, and called to confirm it was ok to arrive early. Walked us through our options patiently and thoroughly. Did not over sell us. Helped us choose a new model opener fit for our needs. Worked quickly and cleanly and walked us through the setup and use of our new opener upon completion. Did not leave until we were satisfied with the product and his installation work. Highly recommend the company as well as our installer Josh G. Thank you!!

Joshua was great! Super knowledgeable, professional and generally helpful. Also, appreciate precisions availability…got them to fix my issue same day. This isn’t Joshua’s fault but the cost of the job seemed a bit high. How do two springs cost $800?

Joshua figured out my problem very quickly and gave me great advice. I’m in the middle of moving and not happy with an unexpected expense. So he got the job done with the least amount of work but it will last for a long time. I’m happy and he was extremely helpful.

Gafur did an excellent job and is a pleasure to work with. He listened to my priorities and showed me options for future work to consider; and he made recommendations for safety upgrades (which he implemented after explaining the purpose and importance). He worked efficiently, made the repair to the door, replaced the broken wall button, and tested the door multiple times to ensure proper operation. Precision Garage Door is lucky to have Gafur Ashurov representing the company out in the field. Five stars ++!

Josh quickly diagnosed the problem with our existing (13-yr-old) opener. He told us our existing motor was dead and no longer in production. My husband fact-checked this and Josh was 100% correct. The technician Brian just completed my garage door repair. I'm thrilled. He was knowledgeable, neat, and quick but meticulous. Nice guy too. Communication with the office was terrific. They took my appointment after hours and were here the following afternoon within the promised time period I'll definitely use Precision Door again (and, since I have two more garage doors, that is likely to be soon). All in all an excellent experience.
