The technician Brian just completed my garage door repair. I'm thrilled. He was knowledgeable, neat, and quick but meticulous. Nice guy too. Communication with the office was terrific. They took my appointment after hours and were here the following afternoon within the promised time period I'll definitely use Precision Door again (and, since I have two more garage doors, that is likely to be soon). I got the company by searching the internet and reading other customers' reviews. Darren, the service rep, had a cancellation, so he was able to come earlier than scheduled. He assessed the broken garage door opener and said we would need to replace it, as fixing the shaft drive would be too expensive. He installed a new belt drive opener within about an hour. Everything worked fine, he swept out the garage, and was very professional. I have no complaints and would recommend Precision and Darren to my friends.
