I couldn't be happier with my 2 garage doors and 2 door openers from Precision Door. Every step of the way was very professional and all the staff members involved were extremely polite and efficient. I initially had a problem working the door opener and a staff member showed up within minutes to show me the correct way to use the opener. If you are looking for a new garage door, this is your company!!

My garage door was not opening. The scheduling for service was only 1 phone call away . Rick called ahead of the scheduled time and was able to repair the problem by replacing the logic board. It didnt take long and was able to talk more about how mechanics of the door system work. I will not hesitate to call them in the future

This was the first time I used Precision Door Service and the service was excellent. The technician, Travis, was very knowledgeable and polite. I want to let you know of the wonderful service provided this morning by Leonardo. Leo first provided service several months ago when one of my garage door units was not working properly. Although Leo was able to get the door operational again, it acted up again several weeks later and Leo returned to replace the unit. This morning he returned to repair a roller that I had accidentally bent out of alignment. All three service calls began with a phone call where Leo introduced himself, and let me know his anticipated arrival time. Leo is always courteous and a true professional. He takes the time to explain the problem and how he intends to remedy it. When the work is complete, Leo clearly articulates what has been done and why, and he patiently answers any question I pose! And he makes sure I have any manuals/instruction sheets in my possession before departing. In an era when top notch service seems to be a rare occurrence, I am happy to let you know of the outstanding service provided by Leonardo Rosado. He is a wonderful ambassador for your company. Installer was Sam and he was excellent. Very much a person who enjoyed his job and always willing to tell you what he was doing. The only issue I encountered was that when Sam left something went wrong with the sensors and the garage would not close no matter how I tried to adjust them. When I called the main number for help there was no record of any install scheduled for my home. Better yet, they said there was no Sam working for them. I called the phone number on my receipt Sam left for me. Whats with that??????

John, I apologize for the SNAFU. As you are now aware my new door divisions administration is closed on Saturday while we are installing doors. The service center is separate from this division and does not have ability to access their database. I understand that the door is working properly now though. I am making adjustments to the database to ensure that the left hand knows what the right is doing. Thank you for your comments and I once again apologize for the unneeded stress.
