John, I apologize for the SNAFU. As you are now aware my new door divisions administration is closed on Saturday while we are installing doors. The service center is separate from this division and does not have ability to access their database. I understand that the door is working properly now though. I am making adjustments to the database to ensure that the left hand knows what the right is doing. Thank you for your comments and I once again apologize for the unneeded stress.

We had a broken cable and made an appointment with Precision. Darren arrived on time, set the door down, replaced both cables and adjusted the tension. He did an outstanding job. If our garage door has any more issues, we'll call back and ask for Darren again. - Brian B, Highland Mills

Installer was Sam and he was excellent. Very much a person who enjoyed his job and always willing to tell you what he was doing. The only issue I encountered was that when Sam left something went wrong with the sensors and the garage would not close no matter how I tried to adjust them. When I called the main number for help there was no record of any install scheduled for my home. Better yet, they said there was no Sam working for them. I called the phone number on my receipt Sam left for me. Whats with that??????
