Darren called ahead and was right on time. He went over things with me and he made recommendations. My issue turned out to be less than originally thought, but he helped me resolve it and hopefully avoid any future issues as well. Had Dennis and Darren rebuild my garage door. Had Darren back for a noise, but he explained to my satisfaction that it was the door opener that was causing the noise. So far very satisfied with the service I received.

Dear Sir/Madame: I just had to write and tell you about my positive experience with Precision Door. A couple of weeks ago, I looked in the Yellow pages for garage door openers. I came across the ad for Precision Doors. I called the 800 number and spoke to a very pleasant young lady. I some questions and to make sure I was given the exact answers, she transferred me to the Service Manager Joe. He answered all my questions. After thinking about what Joe said, I called back and set up an appointment. Date and time was set and I was meeting with Dennis. The day of our meeting, Dennis called to tell me he would be 10-15 minutes late due to his previous appointment. It took longer than expected. When Dennis arrived, he apologized for being a little late. How thoughtful and considerate, a phone call and an apology, very impressed. Anyway, Dennis explained the different door openers and their functions. He checked out my garage and pointed out various things that would pertain to actually putting the garage door opener in. Being retired and on very fixed income, I had no choice than to go for the chain-driven model 3265. He respected my decision. He then asked me what day was convenient for me to have the door opener installed. I gave him a few dates, he said he would get back with me. A few days later he called and the date was set for June 9th, 2009. The office called the day before to confirm the date and time. Darren, the installer, was a very knowledgeable man. He explained to me what he had to do and why. He is very good! Dennis came also. Darren answered my questions as to why he may do this or why he may do that. By the way, I was given a time frame of 8am-12noon, Darren came @ 10am, JUST PERFECT! Darren did a great job in cleaning up, also. Both of these men are indeed an asset to your company! They treated me with such respect and kindness. It was indeed my pleasure to do business with your company. From the young lady who first answered the phone, to Joe, to Dennis and Darren, it was a positive experience. Rest assure, I will be telling everyone I know about Precision Door! Dennis and Brian were both at my home yesterday. However, Brian performed the actual service on my garage door. Both men were totally professional and knowledgeable. My garage door works wonderfully and I am extremely pleased. I would definitely recommend your company (5 on the scale). I was impressed that when I called Sunday evening a person answered the phone. I was expecting to leave a voice mail. Great job!! I am selecting Ossining as the location because I have no idea what location you are referring to.
