Julian did an awesome job today. Our garage was old with low ceiling and concrete walls, so very tricky to handle. After inspecting the current opener, pulleys, cables and springs thoroughly, Julian suggested a few different options. We decided to replace the opener and others based on his information. After the installation, we were very satisfied. Also want to thank Leo, who came to help adjust the tracks due to the height restriction from the garage ceiling. Great jobs guys! Thank you very much!

Our 30+ year old garage opener finally gave up the ghost on the day after Christmas. I went to the website and was able to easily make an appointment for the next morning. Julian arrived, assessed the problem, had a new opener on his truck and in a couple of hours I was in business. He couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. Cleaned up the old opener and programmed the new one. Great business to deal with.

My first contact with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was through their website. It offered so much information about how to choose a new garage door, including which one has a style that is most appropriate for your type of home. It also went into much detail about the construction and other technical aspects of the doors they sell. Mike Ganning came over to provide me with an estimate, make suggestions, and respond knowledgeably to all my questions. Isaac and Malik were the technicians who courteously, competently and efficiently installed my new garage door. Soner (Sonny) did a great job explaining the issues with my door - why it was "shimmying" and getting stuck on occasion. He quickly replaced the rollers and pullies that were old and had shot bearings. Now rolls perfectly and much more quietly with the new parts now available. If you need some help give them a call.

We were very pleased with the repair done by Leonardo, from Precision. A cable had snapped, making the door inoperable with the car stuck in the garage. This happened in the evening. Precision was here by noon the next day. A thorough inspection was done and options for repair were provided. Cables, springs, rollers and pulleys were replaced. All required parts were on the truck and the repair was done immediately. We are very pleased with the service provided. We highly recommend this company.

I had an excellent experience with Precision Door. I was given a four hour window for someone to come. Leonardo called me to let me know what time he would be here and then called me when he was on his way. When he arrived, he was kind and courteous and the utmost professional. I truly felt like I was in good hands. He gave me several options of what would work for me. It is very rare these days when you feel like someone is being honest and not trying to take advantage of the situation. I decided to replace the garage door opener, he had one on the truck & did it right on the spot. There were several problems he was able to recognize during his inspection and gave us a thorough explanation regarding our needs. He gave us several options to choose from to resolve the issues. The old garage door opener failed on Friday but by Sunday afternoon the new one was installed and working! It was an absolute pleasure to work with Precision - from the ease of initial scheduling, to learning about replacement options from Julian the installer, to the actual work by Julian and his helper. THe company also communicates by email and text and was clear about appointment time and who was coming to my house (even sent a photo of Julian). They were prompt, courteous, respectfully COVID compliant and neat. I'm glad I worked with them and would recommend them without hesitation.
