I found precision door on the internet. The technician they assigned to me contacted me right away to let me know his timing and continued to stay in touch. I really appreciated it so I didn’t need to sit home all day. Once they reached my house, Brian and Jake, were great. They immediately fixed my problem and without being pushy suggested other maintenance repairs. I have had the garage doors for 18 years without any problems and they explained like a car needed some maintenance. They were extremely professional and efficient. I would use them again and highly recommend them!

Leo was our technician and he was really good. He had given a prognosis and before we could schedule a service the doors broke. He was up front, informative. Although no actual door repair was needed, our technician Kevin was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite, and was able to tell us that our garage door frame was strong enough to continue to be used safely, even after a small vehicle had somehow managed to slam into one side of the door. He was also patient and understanding when i asked if he could give me five minutes before i was ready to talk with him.

I had let my garage door struggle along until it was at the breaking point. Better call Precision right away! Even though it was after 7 pm my call was answered and an appointment was set up for the very next day. Kevin was supposed to come, but a flat tire paved the way for Rick to take his place. Lucky me! Rick answered all my questions and explained what he was going to repair and replace. He was patient and did not push more on me than what I needed. He got right to work and within 1.5 hrs my door worked like a charm. Rick is very polite, professional and I would recommend him instantly. I was very satisfied and am sure his work will last past the warranty.
