I want to thank Joey Resto, for being a courteous and knowledgeable technician concerning our garage door function. There were several problems he was able to recognize during his inspection and gave us a thorough explanation regarding our needs. He gave us several options to choose from to resolve the issues. We selected the one that was the most beneficial to us. He removed the old and failing parts and installed a new system and instructed us in the usage. He was very helpful, clean and observed Covid protocols. I would highly recommend his service. Thank you.

The old garage door opener failed on Friday but by Sunday afternoon the new one was installed and working! It was an absolute pleasure to work with Precision - from the ease of initial scheduling, to learning about replacement options from Julian the installer, to the actual work by Julian and his helper. THe company also communicates by email and text and was clear about appointment time and who was coming to my house (even sent a photo of Julian). They were prompt, courteous, respectfully COVID compliant and neat. I'm glad I worked with them and would recommend them without hesitation.

I found precision door on the internet. The technician they assigned to me contacted me right away to let me know his timing and continued to stay in touch. I really appreciated it so I didn’t need to sit home all day. Once they reached my house, Brian and Jake, were great. They immediately fixed my problem and without being pushy suggested other maintenance repairs. I have had the garage doors for 18 years without any problems and they explained like a car needed some maintenance. They were extremely professional and efficient. I would use them again and highly recommend them!

Leo was our technician and he was really good. He had given a prognosis and before we could schedule a service the doors broke. He was up front, informative. Precision did an excellent job repairing my garage doors. They were easy to contact, arrived on time and called ahead to make sure that the timing would still work. In regard to the work, the technician did an excellent job identifying the issues, making the repair and explaining the exact issues.

Although no actual door repair was needed, our technician Kevin was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite, and was able to tell us that our garage door frame was strong enough to continue to be used safely, even after a small vehicle had somehow managed to slam into one side of the door. He was also patient and understanding when i asked if he could give me five minutes before i was ready to talk with him.

I had let my garage door struggle along until it was at the breaking point. Better call Precision right away! Even though it was after 7 pm my call was answered and an appointment was set up for the very next day. Kevin was supposed to come, but a flat tire paved the way for Rick to take his place. Lucky me! Rick answered all my questions and explained what he was going to repair and replace. He was patient and did not push more on me than what I needed. He got right to work and within 1.5 hrs my door worked like a charm. Rick is very polite, professional and I would recommend him instantly. I was very satisfied and am sure his work will last past the warranty.
