I had let my garage door struggle along until it was at the breaking point. Better call Precision right away! Even though it was after 7 pm my call was answered and an appointment was set up for the very next day. Kevin was supposed to come, but a flat tire paved the way for Rick to take his place. Lucky me! Rick answered all my questions and explained what he was going to repair and replace. He was patient and did not push more on me than what I needed. He got right to work and within 1.5 hrs my door worked like a charm. Rick is very polite, professional and I would recommend him instantly. I was very satisfied and am sure his work will last past the warranty.

My compliments to Joel N and Kevin Y. They called about an hour or so before they arrived to give me a time and arrived within minutes of the estimate. One of the rollers slipped the track and I thought that the bracket would have to me removed to make the repair. I suppose they could have done that and taken 1/2 hour or more to get it repaired. Not at all - the took the roller out of the bracket, raised the door and put the roller back in. Took about 30 seconds. I thanked them profusely and we all went on our separate ways. Techs like Kevin and Joel are why I call Precision!!

I never write reviews but in this case I feel that I must as the two gentlemen who came to check my garage door, I believe Ricardo and Kevin were there names, were outstanding and 5 stars were not enough. Polite, courteous and very pleasant. If only all service people were like them, we would all be a lot happier. Thank you again for employing gentlemen who know how to act.

Travis and his assistant, Francisco arrived before the given time frame (didn't have to wait around all day). He explained my options, and the cost, which was far less than I feared. I called Precision after my garage door broke, trapping my vehicle inside and preventing me from leaving the house. Precision was able to send over a technician immediately. Travis, the technician, did a great job quickly diagnosing the problem and went above and beyond including making some additional minor repairs and cosmetic fixes that were very helpful.

Although no actual door repair was needed, our technician Kevin was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite, and was able to tell us that our garage door frame was strong enough to continue to be used safely, even after a small vehicle had somehow managed to slam into one side of the door. He was also patient and understanding when i asked if he could give me five minutes before i was ready to talk with him.
