I never write reviews but in this case I feel that I must as the two gentlemen who came to check my garage door, I believe Ricardo and Kevin were there names, were outstanding and 5 stars were not enough. Polite, courteous and very pleasant. If only all service people were like them, we would all be a lot happier. Thank you again for employing gentlemen who know how to act.

I called Precision after my garage door broke, trapping my vehicle inside and preventing me from leaving the house. Precision was able to send over a technician immediately. Travis, the technician, did a great job quickly diagnosing the problem and went above and beyond including making some additional minor repairs and cosmetic fixes that were very helpful.

Our garage door got stuck and would not close. We had hitherto used another company but they were not available when called. A call to Precision Door Service resulted in an emergency service call (at no extra charge) for the same day. The technician (Travis) was very knowledgeable and provided a thorough review of the condition of the door and the reasons for the fault. I agreed to upgrade the old spring/pulley system with a new torsion system. The job was done very well, at reasonable cost. I am very satisfied indeed with the company and intend using them in future.

Additional problem was found and repaired correctly at a reasonable cost. Technician (Rick) was very friendly and most willing to explain his work while I observed him performing the needed adjustments and repairs. I would not hesitate to use this company again as needed !

Your technician, Rick, who installed my unit about one year ago, came even earlier than promised (after calling first), quickly identified the problem (defective door closing sensors), quickly switched out the required parts, tested the successful results, told me that the service was covered by warranty and so at no charge, and was on his way within about 30 minutes. Reliable, quick and expert service honoring a very good warranty. I will continue to highly recommend your business to my neighbors. Thanks.

My compliments to Joel N and Kevin Y. They called about an hour or so before they arrived to give me a time and arrived within minutes of the estimate. One of the rollers slipped the track and I thought that the bracket would have to me removed to make the repair. I suppose they could have done that and taken 1/2 hour or more to get it repaired. Not at all - the took the roller out of the bracket, raised the door and put the roller back in. Took about 30 seconds. I thanked them profusely and we all went on our separate ways. Techs like Kevin and Joel are why I call Precision!!
