Sonny just left our home! He did a superb job for us and we are lucky that Precision Overhead Door would come on a Saturday. Our cable snapped and the garage door folks that we always did business with “don’t work on a Saturday” - also, we “don’t do residential anymore but we can come on Monday”. Oh well … we have just located our new Garage Door company and we THANK YOU for coming on a Saturday and for the EXCELLENT work. We notice that the newer springs are of much better quality than what we originally had .. much stronger. Garage door operates like a dream now thanks to Sonny’s expertise .. he definitely knows his business, is very personable and a pleasure to do business with. THANK YOU Precision Overhead Door …. I had a Craftsman garage door opener installed last November, but because of the installer's lousy customer service from the making of the appointment to the installation, I did not want to use them when I needed service. Michael was courteous, and so friendly, I felt like I knew him my whole life. He took the time to explain the components and the operation of the garage door to me, something the installer did not do. I was very satisfied with the service. THANK YOU! Five Stars for Michael.

Francisco Taveras was very nice, soft spoken and knowledgeable. Our garage door was frozen in the closed position with no other access door to the garage. He was very patient during a prolonged process trying to wedge different tools into the edge of the door and force it back on track. I was afraid he would need to cut a large hole in the door in order to get in the garage. His calm demeanor paid off and he eventually got the door open without cutting a hole in the door. He later told me it was one of his toughest jobs. He replaced all the rollers and did some reinforcement to our old wooden door. It's working fine now. Thank you Francisco.
