Francisco Taveras was very nice, soft spoken and knowledgeable. Our garage door was frozen in the closed position with no other access door to the garage. He was very patient during a prolonged process trying to wedge different tools into the edge of the door and force it back on track. I was afraid he would need to cut a large hole in the door in order to get in the garage. His calm demeanor paid off and he eventually got the door open without cutting a hole in the door. He later told me it was one of his toughest jobs. He replaced all the rollers and did some reinforcement to our old wooden door. It's working fine now. Thank you Francisco.

I'm really happy with the service provided by Rick and Precision Door. They said between a certain time and they were there, they assessed the situation with the beam and the brackets and resolved very quickly. They also suggested what to do next with the aging door I have. Never did I feel any pressure or hurried to make any decisions which is key for me. Definitely recommend Precision Door!

Leonardo the service technician was very professional. He called prior to his arrival letting me know the exact time he would arrive. After he inspected the garage door opener he informed me that a part had to be replaced and he had the part on the truck. After installing the new part he tested the garage door opener to insure it worked properly. He then advised me the springs on the other door should be replaced. Once again the springs and safety cables were on the truck. After installation he tested the garage door to make sure everything was working correctly. A job wll done

THE TECHNICIAN, RICK, FIXED OUR PROBLEM THO IT BE A SMALL ONE. LIGHT WENT OUT AND WE COULD NOT CHANGE TH BULB AND HE WENT FURTHER AND ADDED SILICONE TO THE TRACK TO LESSEN THE NOISE WHEN OPENING N CLOSING IT.
