It was the right choice to go with Precision. Mike, our agent was personable and trustworthy. We could have gone with other company, but what really stood out was our experience with Mike. He was very attentive to our needs and answered our questions from the very first time we met with him. He was not pushy at all, but very straight forward. What a great experience. If there was an option for six stars, I would give that. From the moment I made the appointment for the technician to come to my house, I was impressed by the extraordinary customer service. I think that the text and email notifications are a very nice touch. Prior to the technician arriving at my home, I received a text message with a picture of the technician that was scheduled to come to my house, along with a little information about him; Another nice touch. Leonardo got to my home as scheduled. What a pleasurable service experience . He was friendly, courteous, and knew his stuff . What impressed me most about Leonardo was his honesty . He was not pushy and did not try to get me to Buy things that I did not need . Thank you again for such a great service experience .
