I looked on the internet for a garage company. My garage door spring broke on Sunday night. I was impressed that you have 24/7 real people answering the phones. The lady was very nice and told me that she would arrange for a first appt.on Monday morning, as I needed to leave my house early. Darren was also very nice and helpful in helping me out.

Amazing...from start to finish. I had a new garage door installed. I am so pleased with the quality and professionalism of everyone I had contact with. Glenn, the sales rep, gave me all my options, did not pressure me, and after checking out other companies, gave me enough security and confidence to go with Precision. From there, Theresa was always a pleasure on the phone and responsive to emails, I have to say the technicians, Sam and Rodrigo, were the best! They were personable, worked efficiently and as a team, and had great senses of humor. Overall, I felt taken cared of. Its nice to have that nowadays. The installer ( who was here August 16) was very polite and a hard worker. I would give him 5 stars too. And today, while waiting for the hurricane, your repair man came on a timely basis, was polite and fixed the problem (the door came down but bounced right up again) right away. Repairman was prompt, courteous & very helpful. He did what NEEDED to be done & recommended what SHOULD be done. His lubrication of the garage door system was very helpful, as we lost power that night & it wasn't restored for 3 days. It would have been impossible to open & close the door manually without his servicing it. We both forgot to replace the cover on the system's light, but that will get taken care of ultimately.
