Precision Door is the ONLY company to call for you garage door issues. Soner was my technician. Prior to his arrival i received a text with his photo and a bio all about him! NEVER has a company done that before and i felt like a friend was coming to my home. Soner explained all that was wrong and the door needed a good 18 year old servicing as well as a broken spring. He explained everything in detail to me and showed me all the things i the door and keypad that I never knew ! Do not hesitate on calling Precision Door. I usually do not write reviews but I had to for this company. True professionals from the first phone call!!!

Our technician, Leo was fantastic! He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue with my garage immediately, and had all the supplies necessary to fix the issue in record time. He also inspected everything and fixed our remote entry keypad! I have Leo/Precision saved in my phone, and will not hesitate to use them again in the future! Completely trustworthy and reliable, which is most unusual in this day and age!

We had used Precision a while ago to repair our garage door and were very pleased with their service. This morning, when I thought my garage door didn't sound quite right, I immediately called Precision and was able to get a same day appointment at a time convenient to my schedule. The technician, Michael, called when he was on the way, arrived promptly, was very courteous and most, importantly, very competent. I am so glad that having Precision service my garage door makes it one less thing for me to worry about!

Precision, THANK YOU for sending Michael Ganning to me on 01/27/2018. What an awesome guy! I had a Craftsman garage door opener installed last November, but because of the installer's lousy customer service from the making of the appointment to the installation, I did not want to use them when I needed service. Michael was courteous, and so friendly, I felt like I knew him my whole life. He took the time to explain the components and the operation of the garage door to me, something the installer did not do. I was very satisfied with the service. THANK YOU! Five Stars for Michael.
