What a great experience. If there was an option for six stars, I would give that. From the moment I made the appointment for the technician to come to my house, I was impressed by the extraordinary customer service. I think that the text and email notifications are a very nice touch. Prior to the technician arriving at my home, I received a text message with a picture of the technician that was scheduled to come to my house, along with a little information about him; Another nice touch. Leonardo got to my home as scheduled. What a pleasurable service experience . He was friendly, courteous, and knew his stuff . What impressed me most about Leonardo was his honesty . He was not pushy and did not try to get me to Buy things that I did not need . Thank you again for such a great service experience .

I was very pleased with the service. From my initial call to Rob’s (I thought that was his name but didn’t see it in your bio’s) identifying the problem everything went like clockwork. It was good to find a company that isn’t a hassle to deal with...unusual these days. Thank you.

We had a great experience with Precision. Our technician, Jeff B, was right on time; he was very professional and courteous. He analyzed the problem, explained the issue and fixed it in a timely manner. This is my first time using Precision, but not the last. I will be contacting Precision with any future garage door issues.

Excellent experience throughout, from making the appointment to the completion of the work. When I called to reschedule for an earlier appointment I was readily accommodated. The technician, Jeffrey was prompt, courteous, professional and helpful. He immediately analyzed the problem, offered solutions and recommendations. The work was completed very satisfactorily in a timely manner. I have worked with Precision for many years and originally chose them because of their location, and reviews. I highly recommend Precision.

I called three different companies for an estimate and Precision is the only one who actually answered the phone. When they came out to assess my garage door it was quick and their estimates were precise detailed and logical. I didn't even bother to get another estimate I was very happy with their service.

I hired the wrong party last time and paid with shoddy work and attitude. Wonderful service, prompt, professional and courtesy. Julian was knowledgeable, and well trained and versed in his trade and it shows with the small details that bothered him enough to make sure my unique situation was taken care of 100%. An excellent experience. Thank you!

Wonderful service. I was kept informed after my phone call about the upcoming service appointment. The technician was on time, courteous and efficient. I was amazed to hear that there would be no charge for the visit since the tech said there was only a very minor adjustment made. Very pleased.

We received multiple proposals for new garage door installation. Throughout the process, Precision was the most professional company and was sure they could do the job. We live in an old tudor with pipes running throughout the garage ceiling. Other companies were concerned about their ability to install a system. Precision's team member (Mike) showed up with years of field experience and was sure he could specify the right package for our garage door.

Sonny just left our home! He did a superb job for us and we are lucky that Precision Overhead Door would come on a Saturday. Our cable snapped and the garage door folks that we always did business with “don’t work on a Saturday” - also, we “don’t do residential anymore but we can come on Monday”. Oh well … we have just located our new Garage Door company and we THANK YOU for coming on a Saturday and for the EXCELLENT work. We notice that the newer springs are of much better quality than what we originally had .. much stronger. Garage door operates like a dream now thanks to Sonny’s expertise .. he definitely knows his business, is very personable and a pleasure to do business with. THANK YOU Precision Overhead Door …. You made our day!
