Leonardo the service technician was very professional. He called prior to his arrival letting me know the exact time he would arrive. After he inspected the garage door opener he informed me that a part had to be replaced and he had the part on the truck. After installing the new part he tested the garage door opener to insure it worked properly. He then advised me the springs on the other door should be replaced. Once again the springs and safety cables were on the truck. After installation he tested the garage door to make sure everything was working correctly. A job wll done

THE TECHNICIAN, RICK, FIXED OUR PROBLEM THO IT BE A SMALL ONE. LIGHT WENT OUT AND WE COULD NOT CHANGE TH BULB AND HE WENT FURTHER AND ADDED SILICONE TO THE TRACK TO LESSEN THE NOISE WHEN OPENING N CLOSING IT.

Had a great experience with precision. The woman who answered the phone was courteous and took my info quickly and got me scheduled for the next day. Travis was my service technician and was great. He was polite and knowledgeable. He called me early in the day to confirm appointment and give me the time he would be there which was really nice. Many times you wait during the window you are given and never know when they will show. He called again when he was on his way to reconfirm. When he got here he quickly assessed the problem, gave me options and then worked extremely efficiently to repair my garage door. He clearly explained the repairs to the door that he completed. Thanks Travis and Precision!

Our door stopped working only last evening. So I was pleased to find your site first thing this morning, get an actual person on the line right away (Lisa), and set up a service call for the same day. Darren called to let me know he was on his way and when he got there he sized up the problem quickly. After giving me a number of solution options I decided to go for a replacement part / repair and he got right to it. As it turns out he needed one more small part to complete the job and he started calling around and located one. He'll be back in the morning to complete the job and that suits me fine.
