Best Experience I ever had with a company. Joey Resto was great. Called me in the morning and let me know the timeline (even offered to bring me coffee when he was on his way) Gave me three different options with different prices. He was extremely polite, and knowledgeable. Once I agreed to the one of the options the work was done immediately and job was completed in no time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company (especially Joey!)_

I had Precision install a brand new door opener less than a year ago. The door was not closing with the remotes. When I called I got an appointment the next day (which was great). Michael came within the time frame I was scheduled and called first. He was VERY friendly professional and helpful. Solved my issue in less than twenty minutes and all is working good. Very pleased.

Brian was the best! Professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He (and one other helper, I can't recall his name) called 20 minutes before arriving and came at the beginning of our 3 hour window. He assessed the split in our (40 year old) wooden garage door and gave us options for repair and replacement. Another company the day before had insisted that the door needed to be replaced, but Precision was able to repair the crack by securing it with brackets, replacing the springs that were too dinky for our door weight and replacing the old rollers. They did the work on the spot and we saved thousands of dollars not having to replace the door, not to mention weeks of parking outside in the winter (with a young baby) while a new door was ordered. Seriously so profession and courteous. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Precision was professional from the moment we called after our garage door spring broke. The excellent service began with a team member answering our phone call on a Saturday. Then we received calls from Rick alerting us, first to his ETA, then another with more exact timing. Finally, Rick checked all the parts of the garage door and found everything to be in good working order other than the broken spring. He was courteous and professional. We recommend Precision and will use them again.

hello Vincent... I'm not quite sure what warrants the comment "Thieves"? You had requested to have a motor replaced. Our technician came to your residence on 10/14 and determined that your garage is to far from the house and would not pick up the gateway signal. And to quote your feedback on 10/14, "Your tech was honest and told me what I wanted would not work!" We have a $69 service fee to come out to a residence, of which you were charged. On 10/15 I left a message with you advising that we were unable to perform service (but just able to give some HONEST advice) and would be refunding you the $69 service fee!! Alex and Carl were amazing - I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to anyone experiencing any garage door issues. I wanted a quote & they were quick to provide an entire inspection of everything, not just the quote I was seeking. I'm not an easy sell & they were able to respectfully provide experienced feedback on my current situation. The prices were all reasonable & the needed parts were right in the truck, so a follow up appointment was not necessary. Very easy & professional. I will call them for any and all garage door needs in the future.
