Brian was the best! Professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He (and one other helper, I can't recall his name) called 20 minutes before arriving and came at the beginning of our 3 hour window. He assessed the split in our (40 year old) wooden garage door and gave us options for repair and replacement. Another company the day before had insisted that the door needed to be replaced, but Precision was able to repair the crack by securing it with brackets, replacing the springs that were too dinky for our door weight and replacing the old rollers. They did the work on the spot and we saved thousands of dollars not having to replace the door, not to mention weeks of parking outside in the winter (with a young baby) while a new door was ordered. Seriously so profession and courteous. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Precision was professional from the moment we called after our garage door spring broke. The excellent service began with a team member answering our phone call on a Saturday. Then we received calls from Rick alerting us, first to his ETA, then another with more exact timing. Finally, Rick checked all the parts of the garage door and found everything to be in good working order other than the broken spring. He was courteous and professional. We recommend Precision and will use them again.

hello Vincent... I'm not quite sure what warrants the comment "Thieves"? You had requested to have a motor replaced. Our technician came to your residence on 10/14 and determined that your garage is to far from the house and would not pick up the gateway signal. And to quote your feedback on 10/14, "Your tech was honest and told me what I wanted would not work!" We have a $69 service fee to come out to a residence, of which you were charged. On 10/15 I left a message with you advising that we were unable to perform service (but just able to give some HONEST advice) and would be refunding you the $69 service fee!! The installation of the new Wayne Dalton Model 8700 vinyl garage door was completed in a very professional manner. The two-man installation crew headed by Reinaldo P. was directed by Brian S., the supervisor at the Mamaroneck, NY shop. This was due to the need for a large radius track to clear the outward opening door from the house to the garage. Brian S. also went beyond the call of duty to reinstall the magnetic switch for the garage open indicator light in the house and to make sure it was working well. Due to clearance requirements, a 6'-9" high door was required, rather than the standard 7'-0" high door. This shorter door required an additional piece of trim at the top of the door opening. My wife loves the appearance of the new vinyl door and I like the durability and ease of maintenance. For us, the vinyl door is worth the additional cost.

We are so pleased with Precision. Their prices were fair and their wasn't any wait time. The tech came, evaluated and serviced the job all in one visit. Travis was our service technician and not only was he prompt but he was honest and professional. He explained all our options and he never pressured us to go in any one direction. For some reason -- probably a couple of quick power outages in a row -- our new opener started acting erratically. We called Precision, and Travis was there the next day.
