For some reason -- probably a couple of quick power outages in a row -- our new opener started acting erratically. We called Precision, and Travis was there the next day. Justin was prompt and courteous. I truly appreciated the phone call 15 minutes before his arrival. He identified the problem, fixed it, then let me know what to look for to be ahead of the curve the next time there was a problem. Fees charged were reasonable, especially given the very quick turnaround for a Sunday morning appointment. I am very pleased with my experience Precision.
