Last Friday when I pulled into my garage and closed the door, I heard a distinct "snap". I tried to run the door to make sure it would open- it would not. I called several EM garage door vendors and one of those vendors was Precision. I was told they could have a tech over between 2 and 6 that day. I got a call just before 2, and met the tech shortly after 2. The tech was able to get the door open so I could get my car out- that was my goal for the day. The tech was able to see that at least one of the cables snapped so the work had to be scheduled, as it was going to require a new top panel of the door- that is in the works now, so I don't have the door fixed and done. I have a tech coming tomorrow to make progress, and check if the appropriate color is available. It is a great company to work with!

Alex was great. It only took him a couple hours to install a new motor and everything that goes with it. Very courteous, knew what he was doing and explained everything to me. Also answered all my questions for me. Would highly recommend this company for all your garage door needs. Thank you.

Alex came to fix our garage door remotes and also to assess the keypad that was blinking and not functioning well. He was very thorough and professional in his assessment. He fixed the problems as well as provided with clear, simple to understand explanations about our system and offered recommendations for improvements. We were extremely pleased with his service and do plan to continue with Precision and utilize Alex in the very near future to complete the recommended services.

We called Precision at 7:00am in the morning and by Noon that same day a tech was present to inspect/repair our garage. Leonardo R. called twice to keep us informed on his arrival time. Leonardo arrived at the time promised, inspected our damaged garage, provided multiple options for repair and was professional throughout. Great experience and will recommend.

The response in getting someone to our home was amazing and very timely. Within 24 hours a repair technician was at our home. He contacted us prior to his arrival and clearly kept us up to date as to his estimated time he would actually arrive. He was quick in completing the repair and cleaned up at the completion of the work performed. He was also very polite. That said, hecreplaced one broken spring and one working spring. He also replaced the broken operating cable associated with the broken spring Our only complaint was the exorbitant fee charged to perform less than 40 minutes of work. For the price quoted we opted to replace only the four rollers which he indicated needed replacement. The charge he technician quoted to replace the additional 6 original rollers was approximately $250.00 more. After speaking to our neighbors they all agreed that the proposed pricing for the replacement of all the rollers was ridiculous and should have been included in the price we paid. Suffice is to say that the we felt that we paid more than a a fair price for the amount of time it took to make the repair. The company should have replaced all the rollers at the price point paid.

I have to write this review since I got such great service. I called up for an appointment and they had appointments available right away as of the week I called (in today's day and age this is not super common). The person on the phone that I spoke to, Hilal, was very courteous and helpful. She answered all the questions I had and was nothing but great. The technician I had, Luke Stachura, could not have been better. Answered any and all questions (and I had a lot), and took care of everything I needed done with the utmost efficiency and professionalism (while it was about 97 degrees out as well). For reference, the services I got performed were a garage door hardware rebuild (new springs, pulleys, and vinyl rollers installed that were much quieter) as well as two new garage door openers installed for both garages. The service was definitely not cheap, but did not feel overpriced for the work being performed and I could not be happier with the results. Thanks again Hilal and Luke (and precision of course)!
