I bought a package from Angie's list for garage door roller replacement/repair service. My home is new but we had some problem with the open/close of the garage doors. Travis from Precision garage door service came over. He identified the problem is with the sensors attached to the doors. He fixed the problem and also aligned the track for the garage doors for smooth roller movement. The doors are working fine now.

Rick was fantastic, friendly, professional and knowledgable. He made recommendations on what needed to be fixed and what my options were. I was thoroughly impressed with Brian and the entire service experience with your company. Brian was at my home within four hours of my phone call and he could not have been nicer or more professional. We need more people like Brian in the home repair industry. He was incredibly friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and really took the time to make sure that everything worked as it should before he left my home. I never once felt that he was there to sell me something I did not need - the only impression I had was that he was there to solve the problem that I had ........ and he did. I called Precision, the lady that answered the phone was very interested that I get my door working again and scheduled a technician for the next morning. My new garage door is beautiful. It makes everything look better. I will need the other garage door replaced in the late Spring...as soon as all of the snow melts. I was very pleased by the service. My initial contact was with Travis who made everything seem simple. My technician for installation was Ray. Both young men were gentlemen and their knowledge was comforting...also the expert way Ray, in about 2 hours, took out and replaced my existing door...and took the debris away!!!
