I just wanted to let you know what a great job Precision did for us recently. Your area manager, Glenn Gualtieri, was responsive and easy to deal with. He was very informative and helpful in making decisions without getting push or trying to oversell. Your installation team was equally professional and easy to work with. Darren arrived on time Sat. morning. After a brief discussion about the work needed and the cost involved along with a call to his office, we agreed on the work to be performed and the price. Again, the work was completed in a timely manner with no mess left behind. Darren is a very pleasant individual and represents the company well.

The cable for my door broke and Darren was able to come by earlier then appointed, and this was appreciated since my cars were inside. He performed the repairs and gauged the health of my door system. I did have a couple of other items replaced in order to not have another issue in the near future. The cost was higher then expected, but good work and good parts always cost more. If I have another issue, this is the company I will call again.
