It’s a big deal when you have a full day of appointments and activities planned and you can’t open your garage door!! A quick call to Precision lessened my anxiety. I was quickly given an appointment and choice of times as well as directions to open it manually. It’s clear that Precission values your time because I received a call from Brian Birchler, my service supervisor, letting me know where he was at that point in his jobs and when he would arrive. This bright young man was exceptional in every way! He assessed, explained and gave options for the repair. Once I chose, I was given a timeframe and courteous updates as work progressed. Brian Birchler was amazing! He really explained everything thoroughly and was very efficient. He gave me a couple options of what i could have done to solve the problem and explained everything in full detail while allowing me to choose the best option that worked for me. While I wish I didn't have the expense of repairing a broken garage spring, we made the right call when we contacted Precision. We called on a Sunday night, immediately got through to an agent who took down our information and made an appointment on the spot -- at 730pm at night. We were contacted by text and phone about the appointment date, got a heads up that he'd arrive within 40 mins. The tech, Brian Birchler arrived on time, did an estimate, explained the situation and got to work. Brian was in uniform and driving a clearly identifiable truck. When the work was complete, he thoroughly explained the repair, asked us for any questions, accepted out credit card and politely left us with a now functioning garage door. The whole process was easy and communication was excellent. Impressed.
