He comes from a large, loving family, being the youngest of nine siblings and an uncle to twenty-two nieces and nephews. While I wish I didn't have the expense of repairing a broken garage spring, we made the right call when we contacted Precision. We called on a Sunday night, immediately got through to an agent who took down our information and made an appointment on the spot -- at 730pm at night. We were contacted by text and phone about the appointment date, got a heads up that he'd arrive within 40 mins. The tech, Brian Birchler arrived on time, did an estimate, explained the situation and got to work. Brian was in uniform and driving a clearly identifiable truck. When the work was complete, he thoroughly explained the repair, asked us for any questions, accepted out credit card and politely left us with a now functioning garage door. The whole process was easy and communication was excellent. Impressed.

Our door stopped functioning completely and we noticed around 9pm so I called Precision's 24/7 line and they had someone come out the next morning! Brian was wonderful, he replaced our 30 year old motors and got us hooked up with fancy new red ones! He was in and out super efficiently and we couldn't be happier. The whole experience was quick, friendly and very reasonably priced. Any future maintenance or upgrades we will definitely choose Precision again.

The technician Brian just completed my garage door repair. I'm thrilled. He was knowledgeable, neat, and quick but meticulous. Nice guy too. Communication with the office was terrific.
