Recently purchased a garage door from another vendor, within a short time I had to call them to come out twice to fix problems. Then called again and had to wait about a week before they would come out to do other work. I could not access my garage door( which I explained to them) I basically need to use everyday. I called vendor told them I was going with Precision garage door co. Good thing I did. Technician Michael Ganning came out, he was polite, courteous and showed me what needed to be done in terms of broken garage door springs, cable wiring, hinges, etc. He replaced all work in about 3 hrs. Very disappointed in services of other vendor which used substandard equipment. GOOD WORK PRECISION. Pat Davis

Leo was our technician and he was really good. He had given a prognosis and before we could schedule a service the doors broke. He was up front, informative. We bought garage doors from another vendor recently had have had problems with them. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact the company we called on Precision to troubleshoot. Their technician Ricardo Clerigo was great he was on time and very knowledgeable. He came out and pointed out multiple errors in detail that he found and explained what should be the correct way of installation. We are going to attempt to get the original installer out here to correct the problems and if that fails we will be calling Precision (and requesting Ricardo) to fix the problems and possibly getting new garage doors from them. Needless to say we wish we would have gone with Precision Garage Door in the beginning. Keep up the good work Precision.

Precision did an excellent job repairing my garage doors. They were easy to contact, arrived on time and called ahead to make sure that the timing would still work. In regard to the work, the technician did an excellent job identifying the issues, making the repair and explaining the exact issues.

Although no actual door repair was needed, our technician Kevin was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite, and was able to tell us that our garage door frame was strong enough to continue to be used safely, even after a small vehicle had somehow managed to slam into one side of the door. He was also patient and understanding when i asked if he could give me five minutes before i was ready to talk with him.

I had let my garage door struggle along until it was at the breaking point. Better call Precision right away! Even though it was after 7 pm my call was answered and an appointment was set up for the very next day. Kevin was supposed to come, but a flat tire paved the way for Rick to take his place. Lucky me! Rick answered all my questions and explained what he was going to repair and replace. He was patient and did not push more on me than what I needed. He got right to work and within 1.5 hrs my door worked like a charm. Rick is very polite, professional and I would recommend him instantly. I was very satisfied and am sure his work will last past the warranty.
