My compliments to Joel N and Kevin Y. They called about an hour or so before they arrived to give me a time and arrived within minutes of the estimate. One of the rollers slipped the track and I thought that the bracket would have to me removed to make the repair. I suppose they could have done that and taken 1/2 hour or more to get it repaired. Not at all - the took the roller out of the bracket, raised the door and put the roller back in. Took about 30 seconds. I thanked them profusely and we all went on our separate ways. Techs like Kevin and Joel are why I call Precision!!

I never write reviews but in this case I feel that I must as the two gentlemen who came to check my garage door, I believe Ricardo and Kevin were there names, were outstanding and 5 stars were not enough. It was very easy to make an appointment and an e mail came quickly to let me know which technician would arrive for the appointment. Travis quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me options about how to proceed to correct the problem. I chose to purchase a new opener and Travis was efficient, knowledgeable and courteous during the installation.
