Justin replaced the springs on my garage door with the correct ones. He came within the time indicated, called me before coming and performed the work quickly and professionally. He also gave me some excellent advice concerning the care of my garage door. The price was higher then I expected, but given the quality of the work, I feel that it was worth it.

The Verizon Yellow pages featured your ad, and it seemed liked you know your business. Prompt answering of questions, and a scheduled date was set-up. I was very impressed with Darren, who called and said in 15 minutes he would arrive. Diagnosed the problem immediately, explained the options, and we agreed to a total replacement of the motor. Installed in 45 minutes, everything was done properly. I was very happy with everything.

During the recent blackout I had to open my garage door manually and when the power went back on I couldn't reconnect it to the opener. Besides that both lights wouldn't light. Travis came at the appointed time, showed me how to reconnect it if I had the same problem in the future, replaced the lights and that was that. Everything fixed.

I met Travis one week ago as he was repairing my neighbors garage door. He was able to do a on the spot consultation and evaluation of my garage door issues. I made an appointment and requested Travis as he was already familiar with the problem. I was able to make an appointment straight away - couldn't with several others I tried. Very courteous, friendly and professional in all dealings. Called ahead with an arrival time and was on time. Checked to repair the openers but ended recommending replacing them as 18 yrs old. Was impressed as we have 3 doors, no pressure applied to have all 3 done, discount still offered if we did only two. Am very pleased to have all 3 replaced as it is a huge upgrade. Everything explained thoroughly, thanks for a job well done.

My old garage door opener (overhead) was giving me problems for several weeks. I called Precision and had Travis at my house the same day. He was professional and knowledgeable. I purchased their Lift Master 8550 for a great price included the outside key pad, two car remotes and a nice manual switch with time and temperature readings. Travis removed my old garage door opener and installed the new 8550 in a matter of one hour I was back in business. It is quiet and works good. I recently had to have Travis back because the sensors were out of alignment. He came back when they said. He reset the door sensors and everything is all good. There was no charge for the service call. I would recommend using Precision without hesitation.

Garage door would not go up and down all the way. We called late at night and technician came the next morning. Fixed all rollers and springs. Game me two options and was not pressured into either one. Fixed garage door in one hour and was on his way. Extremely satisfied with complete service along with ease and speed of service. Travis very pleasant to deal with and extremely professional. Pricey service. Final cost was 700.00. There was a coupon online that I did not see, felt it should have been offered to me.

Had a problem with my garage door not opening and called Precision Door Service. Within a few hours they were at my door. The technician,Justin, came, diagnosed the problem with my non-working garage door opener, and installed a new opener in less than 90 minutes. He took the old equipment and the new packaging with him, leaving my garage clean and neat! And, we got a great new quiet door opener!

My garage door would not go all the way up or stay closed, so I needed a repair. Travis, came the next morning and basically solved my problem! He took the time to explain the nature of the problem and showed me the evidence to back it up. The springs (old and not the right weight tension) and some other parts (rusted out and loose) needed to be repaired, and our garage door opener (over 12 years old with a mound of black soot where a ballbearing used to be) had expired and needed to be replaced. He explained all the options along with the warranty information and was able to repair the springs/track pieces and replace the garage door opener in 2-3 hours. He was professional, pleasant and very patient, and I never felt pressured to go with the most expensive option. I had an A+ experience, which to me was unbelievable because I found Precision by making a cold call from the yellow pages. I would definitely recommend this company. Great products, excellent service and a wonderful warranty. FYI-I found Precision by thumbing through the yellow pages- their ad stood out because it was so informative-including their organizational affiliations and that their employees were drug-tested and background checked. They have a thorough and developed website as well. I called two companies and the Precision representative was more professional, pleasant and helpful.

My garage door spring broke on a Friday afternoon. I was able to make an appointment for Saturday. Darren the technician called ahead of time and was prompt. He was excellent at both explaining the problems with the garage door and fixing everything quickly. I loved the e-mails confirming the appointment as well as letting me know which technician was coming. I was also very relieved that Darren had all the parts available on his truck, especially since it was Saturday. Overall the whole repair experience was excellent and would not hesitate to use them again.
