I had Precision doors come and fix my garage door apparatus about a year ago. They did a terrific job and offered a lifetime guarantee. When the front mount came off they came out the very next day, before the time expected and a terrific job of fixing the problem. Moreover to remount the connection the service man had to customize a way to prevent it from coming loose again. I believe Darren was the name of the technician and he did a wonderful job, was pleasant, and was finished very quickly. And as promised there was no charge. Found Precision through mobile internet. Precision responded with a tech(Rick C.) onsite within the hour. Tech was able to temporary repair ~25 yr old composite door securing the house and recommended replacement with steel. Tech was courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and efficient.

I chose Precision Door because of their excellent rating on Angie's List. I could not be happier! A door I could barely lift now moves easily. I was called on my cell phone by the technician - Rich - when he was 15 minutes away, which I really appreciated. He arrived promptly during the appointment time that was set up in advance. One visit was scheduled during horrific weather. Blowing and drifting snow, and temperatures below 10 degrees. I was called first thing in the morning to let me know that the appointment would need to be rescheduled. No kidding!! The woman was apologetic, and there was no need for that. It was rescheduled at my convenience. You can't go wrong with these guys. I highly recommend them.

Precision was on top of scheduling the appointment for the Angie's List special, and it is a good deal to tune up and replace the rollers on our garage doors. Darren called ahead and showed up right on time for the job. He pointed out potential issues for the future, and didn't try to up sell me on things that are not currently needed. It took him about 45 minutes to service both doors, and was very courteous and professional.

I initially selected Precision because it seemed the most professional business of the ones I dealt with while getting quotes to install two new openers in a very old existing garage. They were very quick to respond and got a technician to come out and evaluate the install without a charge. When Travis (the technician) and I spoke with him on the phone he made me feel very confident regarding his ability to do the job properly despite the many challenges it posed. Another reason I chose Precision was the broad selection of products and the multiple options available to me in my particular situation. Travis completed the initial install in 2012 very well and I was fully satisfied. Last week one of the doors broke and I called. They sent Travis again (the same day) and he surveyed the situation, giving me a very honest assessment of my options. Again, there were many challenges to the repair and Travis himself expressed some reluctance, but eventually he completed the job just as I asked him to and to my complete satisfaction. I would definitively recommend Precision to others for garage door opener installation and repair. Travis did a fantastic job both times.

Rick C did an excellent job. I believe the door was out of alignment;it was leaning to one side and unable to ride straight-up. Rick was able to correct the problem in about 1 hour and it is still functioning OK after 3 days of use.

Justin replaced the springs on my garage door with the correct ones. He came within the time indicated, called me before coming and performed the work quickly and professionally. He also gave me some excellent advice concerning the care of my garage door. The price was higher then I expected, but given the quality of the work, I feel that it was worth it.

I tried to leave for work today and my garage door would not open. That was at 7:00. By 8:15 Justin was at my door, ready to install a new opener. He was pleasant, polite and really efficient. I left for work and Justin called when the work was done. Everything was just perfect. I will use Precision again when I replace the workings. Thanks you so much.
