Just wanted to tell you what a positive experience I had with the installation of our new garage door. Glenn Gaultieri was great with sales, gave me lots of wonderful information, and addressed all my concerns! The installation by Jorge and Sam was tremendous. They were really nice guys, and answered my silly concerns with all seriousness. They worked really efficiently and cleaned up the mess completely. They made sure that I was happy with the job they did. I will absolutely recommend your company to anybody who needs a new garage door or repairs. I just wish I had put in the new door sooner-- who would have thought that a new garage door could make a woman so happy.(Shared Review)

Travis provided top quality service when coming out to repair my garage door. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind. Travis really cared about resolving the problem and did so in a courteous and efficient fashion. My overall experience with Precision was quite positive. Luckily, I found Precision in the phone book and I am completely thrilled with the service provided by Darren O. Darren replaced all or most of the parts for the garage door since it had been very noisy and moving poorly. Now it is quiet and working beautifully. Your company was a pleasure to deal with beginning with my initial call to the completed work by the tech. I rate your service a 5.

I looked on the internet for a garage company. My garage door spring broke on Sunday night. I was impressed that you have 24/7 real people answering the phones. The lady was very nice and told me that she would arrange for a first appt.on Monday morning, as I needed to leave my house early. Darren was also very nice and helpful in helping me out.

Amazing...from start to finish. I had a new garage door installed. I am so pleased with the quality and professionalism of everyone I had contact with. Glenn, the sales rep, gave me all my options, did not pressure me, and after checking out other companies, gave me enough security and confidence to go with Precision. From there, Theresa was always a pleasure on the phone and responsive to emails, I have to say the technicians, Sam and Rodrigo, were the best! They were personable, worked efficiently and as a team, and had great senses of humor. Overall, I felt taken cared of. Its nice to have that nowadays.
