The woman I spoke to on the phone last week, said that not only could you install an opener unit that I had already purchased. But also, she quoted me $350 to do the job. But then Robert shows up at my house and tells me that I would need to buy one of your units. After talking to the home office, he comes back and says that he can install my unit after all but then I need to purchase a new $200 rail. This is wholly unacceptable. And purchased product below doesn't list the $200 rail so I can going to select something else to show that I did indeed buy supplies from you. $590 later, I am utterly dissatisfied.

We received same-day service, the repair man came within the promised time-window and alerted us before he arrived, he had the right equipment to fix the problem ( a overhead support for the motor had come loose and needed to be replaced), he found another small problem and fixed it before it become a bigger problem and patiently explained to us as he progresses exactly what he was doing ,why he was doing it and what it would cost

My first contact with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was through their website. It offered so much information about how to choose a new garage door, including which one has a style that is most appropriate for your type of home. It also went into much detail about the construction and other technical aspects of the doors they sell. Mike Ganning came over to provide me with an estimate, make suggestions, and respond knowledgeably to all my questions. Isaac and Malik were the technicians who courteously, competently and efficiently installed my new garage door. Precision Door came to my home to fix my garage door and I can’t tell you how wonderful they are. It all started from the moment I called their headquarters/Customer Service, Jennifer picked up the phone and was extremely helpful. She gave me the next available appt and was so pleasant on the phone. The morning of my service, I received an email and a text message with a full profile and picture of the person that would be arriving at my home along with a link to a GPS to track your the “profiled” person. When the time came, in walked my “profiled” person, and his name was Soner. He was extremely knowledgeable, gave me an estimated bill for the fix (with options) on the spot within mins. He estimated it would be about two hours. NOPE- even BETTER, it was about 1 hour. My garage door was fixed and purred like a kitchen. THANK YOU Precision Door of Westchester and most importantly, Soner for fixing my garage door so fast on a freezing cold day. I highly recommend Soner and Precision Door!!!

Soner (Sonny) did a great job explaining the issues with my door - why it was "shimmying" and getting stuck on occasion. He quickly replaced the rollers and pullies that were old and had shot bearings. Now rolls perfectly and much more quietly with the new parts now available. If you need some help give them a call.

Roberto was excellent, he diagnosed the problem and went about correcting it. He observed there were actually two issues, the door balancing and the genie unit was also bad. Roberto installed a new unit and also correct the door balancing. His work was clean, quick and professional.
