I had an excellent experience with Precision Door. I was given a four hour window for someone to come. Leonardo called me to let me know what time he would be here and then called me when he was on his way. When he arrived, he was kind and courteous and the utmost professional. I truly felt like I was in good hands. He gave me several options of what would work for me. It is very rare these days when you feel like someone is being honest and not trying to take advantage of the situation. I decided to replace the garage door opener, he had one on the truck & did it right on the spot. I was very impressed with the entire interaction and would not hesitate to recommend this company, and if you’re lucky enough to have Leonardo come to you, you’ll understand what I’m talking about!

Tino our service person provided excellent, professional service in fixing a sensor that was ruined by the recent post hurricane Ida flooding. He also performed some requested maintenance as well. The technician, Roberto Zuniga, came to put in a new battery in our old garage door opener. I somehow lost my comments, so if the other one actual got sent sorry for duplicate but I wanted to insure that you got my review. Right from the start of placing a service call to the completion of the job, I cannot find anything negative to say. Joey my service tech was a very warm and personable young man. He explained step by step what he did and what my options were. It was not a hard “sell” as most people try, and I appreciated that. It was really a no brainer to actually get a new system since my current one was on borrowed time. So actually I saved money by being proactive. I know how hard it is to find techs since we have an HVAC company and I surely would value Joey. He called a couple of times to keep me informed when he would be here and also offered to get me a cup of coffee! How sweet was that! He was very thorough and knowledgeable and presented himself very well. I thank you for your service and would not hesitate to refer your company in a heart beat!

I want to thank Joey Resto, for being a courteous and knowledgeable technician concerning our garage door function. There were several problems he was able to recognize during his inspection and gave us a thorough explanation regarding our needs. He gave us several options to choose from to resolve the issues. We selected the one that was the most beneficial to us. He removed the old and failing parts and installed a new system and instructed us in the usage. The technician, Joey Resto, was excellent. He was warm, friendly and very professional. He explained everything: the problem we were having, why we were having it and alternate solutions. He worked conscentiously and cleaned up well afterwards. He took time to clearly explain the new garage opener mechanism, its features and operations. The technician, Joey did a good job in analyzing the issues of our attached garage, adequately explained these to me and provided me with some options on how to resolve these taking into account my plans for the house, the cost, and improvements. So I was happy with that. He was also very courteous, knew his job well, and took the time to work on the garage and not rushing to finish. He also was receptive to my ideas and responded to my questions. And he has all the materials in his van so I thought that was a very efficient way of working. The old garage door opener failed on Friday but by Sunday afternoon the new one was installed and working! It was an absolute pleasure to work with Precision - from the ease of initial scheduling, to learning about replacement options from Julian the installer, to the actual work by Julian and his helper. THe company also communicates by email and text and was clear about appointment time and who was coming to my house (even sent a photo of Julian). They were prompt, courteous, respectfully COVID compliant and neat. I'm glad I worked with them and would recommend them without hesitation.

We were very pleased with the repair done by Leonardo, from Precision. A cable had snapped, making the door inoperable with the car stuck in the garage. This happened in the evening. Precision was here by noon the next day. A thorough inspection was done and options for repair were provided. Cables, springs, rollers and pulleys were replaced. All required parts were on the truck and the repair was done immediately. We are very pleased with the service provided. We highly recommend this company.
