This is a very professionally run company. They really have their act together. From the time you make your appointment, the follow-up for arrival times, the courteous and skilled serviceman, ease of payment and all electronic receipts of work completed and your warranty. I had a garage serviceman for over 20 years and he retired...so very happy that I gave Precision Garage Door a call. My technician was Soner “Sonny” Erol and he was here to evaluate why the door was getting so noisy. He arrives with a truck full of parts and got right to work checking things over. Determined what the problem was and then explained how we could choose to repair the problem. Sonny was on time, friendly, and skilled at his craft. Need more people in the world like this who strive to do a top notch job, care about the quality of their work, and make the customer happy. You can tell when someone is proud to represent the company they work for. Would recommend Precision and Sonny to anyone who needs help with their garage door.

Brian came very promptly. He assessed the situation and assured me that he was confident that he would fix the problem. It turned out to be the wiring (which he didn’t charge me for the actual wire). He told me the repair amount and also greased and lubed up the areas that need attention. He also adjusted the tension sprocket for the springs. You showed me that if something would happen in the near future, they would come out again and address the issue. He was professional and informative. The only problem I had was the price, probably because I’m a little too cheap and always want stuff for free LOL. Although I suppose $180 is a small price to pay for the comfort of knowing that your garage will close when it should.

Leonardo R is one if it's kind. Very professional, punctual, and hard working. He called me and gave me his arrival time and again called and said he's on his way and will be in 20 minutes. He was exactly in 20 minutes. He explained everything about what he will do and how much will be and how much time takes to finish the work. Jacob, my Precision door guy could not have been nicer and more accommodating in helping me with our sudden garage door problem! though he did get hung up at a prior call, he was in touch with me and extremely apologetic when he arrived. I was pleasantly surprised by roaming into new territory, never having had a garage door malfunction before. We plan to replace the door and these guys are my first (and only) choice!

The old garage door opener failed on Friday but by Sunday afternoon the new one was installed and working! It was an absolute pleasure to work with Precision - from the ease of initial scheduling, to learning about replacement options from Julian the installer, to the actual work by Julian and his helper. THe company also communicates by email and text and was clear about appointment time and who was coming to my house (even sent a photo of Julian). They were prompt, courteous, respectfully COVID compliant and neat. I'm glad I worked with them and would recommend them without hesitation.
