This morning, my garage door woudnt open. Not from the keypad, not from my car, not from the remote. It just wouldnt open. I called Precision Overhead Garage Door shortly after 9. I've used them in the past and was always pleased with their work. Within a few hours,a highly knowledgeable, friendly and competent technician, Julian, thoroughly assessed our garage, door and our opener. Because the opener was almost 15 years old, we decided that our best course of action was to replace it. Julian kept me informed at each step of the way, carefully explained the new system and helped me set up an iPhone app and linked my 2 cars to the system. Everything was perfect. Thank you, as always, for your excellent technicians and fine work. I recommend them without any reservation.

Julian did an awesome job today. Our garage was old with low ceiling and concrete walls, so very tricky to handle. After inspecting the current opener, pulleys, cables and springs thoroughly, Julian suggested a few different options. We decided to replace the opener and others based on his information. After the installation, we were very satisfied. Also want to thank Leo, who came to help adjust the tracks due to the height restriction from the garage ceiling. Great jobs guys! Thank you very much!

Our 30+ year old garage opener finally gave up the ghost on the day after Christmas. I went to the website and was able to easily make an appointment for the next morning. Julian arrived, assessed the problem, had a new opener on his truck and in a couple of hours I was in business. He couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. Cleaned up the old opener and programmed the new one. Great business to deal with.

I am very impressed by the A+ service of your company and your technician Mr. Aleksei Coss. After getting an online appointment, I was kept updated by the scheduled arrival via email and text and was even sent an short bio of Mr. Coss beforehand. Mr. Coss was extremely professional and courteous when we met. He inspected and offered quality assessment and repair recommendations. After I agreed to the repair, he speedily replaced the pair of garage door springs, cables and pulleys. I was sent an electronic invoice and customer survey shortly after he departed. I cannot be more pleased and would happily recommend Mr. Coss and Precision Garage Doors service to my friends and neighbors. I would rate it a six-star experience.

Booked Precision after watching YouTube video they posted and it seemed they were a down to earth company. To be fair I was at work when they came, and it might have been better if I had been home. Ended up needing much more than expected and without time to digest salesperson was annoyed when I asked a question. Basically person's approach was here are your options, just decide, and if you dont replace X your door could cause severe damage if it breaks. In a vacuum not sure how their pricing is, additional parts that I needed, added a significant additional cost, but when I researched later the price of these items, the parts were relatively moderate. Garage door is working fine, so maybe it was the right decision just wish the person was respectful of my question.

I inherited my old garage door system 11 years ago when I purchased my home. It's held up well until recently and I wasn't sure who could help fix or repair the chain and parts. I found out about Precision on the internet and was impressed with the reviews. Rob called first to confirm, was curtious, arrived earlier than expected and explained all of my options in detail. He replaced the old unit and put on a garage door system that suited my needs. I needed simple without, Apps, Wi-Fi, etc. He offered just that - New Gargage Door opener system with battery operated key pad and remotes. I am totally satisfied. So far everything works well! ????

Roberto was excellent, he diagnosed the problem and went about correcting it. He observed there were actually two issues, the door balancing and the genie unit was also bad. Roberto installed a new unit and also correct the door balancing. His work was clean, quick and professional.

The woman I spoke to on the phone last week, said that not only could you install an opener unit that I had already purchased. But also, she quoted me $350 to do the job. But then Robert shows up at my house and tells me that I would need to buy one of your units. After talking to the home office, he comes back and says that he can install my unit after all but then I need to purchase a new $200 rail. This is wholly unacceptable. And purchased product below doesn't list the $200 rail so I can going to select something else to show that I did indeed buy supplies from you. $590 later, I am utterly dissatisfied.
