We received same-day service, the repair man came within the promised time-window and alerted us before he arrived, he had the right equipment to fix the problem ( a overhead support for the motor had come loose and needed to be replaced), he found another small problem and fixed it before it become a bigger problem and patiently explained to us as he progresses exactly what he was doing ,why he was doing it and what it would cost

My first contact with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was through their website. It offered so much information about how to choose a new garage door, including which one has a style that is most appropriate for your type of home. It also went into much detail about the construction and other technical aspects of the doors they sell. Mike Ganning came over to provide me with an estimate, make suggestions, and respond knowledgeably to all my questions. Isaac and Malik were the technicians who courteously, competently and efficiently installed my new garage door. I am very pleased with my new purchase and with all the wonderful personnel who served me at Precision Garage Door Service.

Precision Door came to my home to fix my garage door and I can’t tell you how wonderful they are. It all started from the moment I called their headquarters/Customer Service, Jennifer picked up the phone and was extremely helpful. She gave me the next available appt and was so pleasant on the phone. The morning of my service, I received an email and a text message with a full profile and picture of the person that would be arriving at my home along with a link to a GPS to track your the “profiled” person. When the time came, in walked my “profiled” person, and his name was Soner. He was extremely knowledgeable, gave me an estimated bill for the fix (with options) on the spot within mins. He estimated it would be about two hours. NOPE- even BETTER, it was about 1 hour. My garage door was fixed and purred like a kitchen. THANK YOU Precision Door of Westchester and most importantly, Soner for fixing my garage door so fast on a freezing cold day. I highly recommend Soner and Precision Door!!!

Soner (Sonny) did a great job explaining the issues with my door - why it was "shimmying" and getting stuck on occasion. He quickly replaced the rollers and pullies that were old and had shot bearings. Now rolls perfectly and much more quietly with the new parts now available. If you need some help give them a call.

We were very pleased with the repair done by Leonardo, from Precision. A cable had snapped, making the door inoperable with the car stuck in the garage. This happened in the evening. Precision was here by noon the next day. A thorough inspection was done and options for repair were provided. Cables, springs, rollers and pulleys were replaced. All required parts were on the truck and the repair was done immediately. We are very pleased with the service provided. We highly recommend this company.

I had an excellent experience with Precision Door. I was given a four hour window for someone to come. Leonardo called me to let me know what time he would be here and then called me when he was on his way. When he arrived, he was kind and courteous and the utmost professional. I truly felt like I was in good hands. He gave me several options of what would work for me. It is very rare these days when you feel like someone is being honest and not trying to take advantage of the situation. I decided to replace the garage door opener, he had one on the truck & did it right on the spot. I was very impressed with the entire interaction and would not hesitate to recommend this company, and if you’re lucky enough to have Leonardo come to you, you’ll understand what I’m talking about!

The technician, Roberto Zuniga, came to put in a new battery in our old garage door opener. He was most efficient and helpful, in not only the installation, but also in explaining how the equipment we have, works.
