Excellent service. Mike explained the options to repair our garage door. He was very professional and courteous. The job was completed quickly and, when finished, Mike explained exactly what he had done and also gave some tips for maintenance and pointed out some potential issues that could arise in the future.

I found precision door on the internet. The technician they assigned to me contacted me right away to let me know his timing and continued to stay in touch. I really appreciated it so I didn’t need to sit home all day. Once they reached my house, Brian and Jake, were great. They immediately fixed my problem and without being pushy suggested other maintenance repairs. I have had the garage doors for 18 years without any problems and they explained like a car needed some maintenance. They were extremely professional and efficient. I would use them again and highly recommend them!

Recently purchased a garage door from another vendor, within a short time I had to call them to come out twice to fix problems. Then called again and had to wait about a week before they would come out to do other work. I could not access my garage door( which I explained to them) I basically need to use everyday. I called vendor told them I was going with Precision garage door co. Good thing I did. Technician Michael Ganning came out, he was polite, courteous and showed me what needed to be done in terms of broken garage door springs, cable wiring, hinges, etc. He replaced all work in about 3 hrs. Leo was our technician and he was really good. He had given a prognosis and before we could schedule a service the doors broke. He was up front, informative. We bought garage doors from another vendor recently had have had problems with them. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact the company we called on Precision to troubleshoot. Their technician Ricardo Clerigo was great he was on time and very knowledgeable. He came out and pointed out multiple errors in detail that he found and explained what should be the correct way of installation. We are going to attempt to get the original installer out here to correct the problems and if that fails we will be calling Precision (and requesting Ricardo) to fix the problems and possibly getting new garage doors from them. Needless to say we wish we would have gone with Precision Garage Door in the beginning. Keep up the good work Precision.

Although no actual door repair was needed, our technician Kevin was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite, and was able to tell us that our garage door frame was strong enough to continue to be used safely, even after a small vehicle had somehow managed to slam into one side of the door. He was also patient and understanding when i asked if he could give me five minutes before i was ready to talk with him.
