We bought garage doors from another vendor recently had have had problems with them. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact the company we called on Precision to troubleshoot. Their technician Ricardo Clerigo was great he was on time and very knowledgeable. He came out and pointed out multiple errors in detail that he found and explained what should be the correct way of installation. We are going to attempt to get the original installer out here to correct the problems and if that fails we will be calling Precision (and requesting Ricardo) to fix the problems and possibly getting new garage doors from them. Needless to say we wish we would have gone with Precision Garage Door in the beginning. Keep up the good work Precision.

Precision did an excellent job repairing my garage doors. They were easy to contact, arrived on time and called ahead to make sure that the timing would still work. In regard to the work, the technician did an excellent job identifying the issues, making the repair and explaining the exact issues.

Although no actual door repair was needed, our technician Kevin was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite, and was able to tell us that our garage door frame was strong enough to continue to be used safely, even after a small vehicle had somehow managed to slam into one side of the door. He was also patient and understanding when i asked if he could give me five minutes before i was ready to talk with him.

I had let my garage door struggle along until it was at the breaking point. Better call Precision right away! Even though it was after 7 pm my call was answered and an appointment was set up for the very next day. Kevin was supposed to come, but a flat tire paved the way for Rick to take his place. Lucky me! Rick answered all my questions and explained what he was going to repair and replace. He was patient and did not push more on me than what I needed. He got right to work and within 1.5 hrs my door worked like a charm. Rick is very polite, professional and I would recommend him instantly. I was very satisfied and am sure his work will last past the warranty.

My compliments to Joel N and Kevin Y. They called about an hour or so before they arrived to give me a time and arrived within minutes of the estimate. One of the rollers slipped the track and I thought that the bracket would have to me removed to make the repair. I suppose they could have done that and taken 1/2 hour or more to get it repaired. Not at all - the took the roller out of the bracket, raised the door and put the roller back in. Took about 30 seconds. I thanked them profusely and we all went on our separate ways. Techs like Kevin and Joel are why I call Precision!!

I never write reviews but in this case I feel that I must as the two gentlemen who came to check my garage door, I believe Ricardo and Kevin were there names, were outstanding and 5 stars were not enough. Polite, courteous and very pleasant. If only all service people were like them, we would all be a lot happier. Thank you again for employing gentlemen who know how to act.

It was very easy to make an appointment and an e mail came quickly to let me know which technician would arrive for the appointment. Travis quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me options about how to proceed to correct the problem. I chose to purchase a new opener and Travis was efficient, knowledgeable and courteous during the installation. I have always been satisfied with the service by Precision and today just proves again that Precision is a good company who is responsive to their clients and insures an excellent outcome.
