Brian came very promptly. He assessed the situation and assured me that he was confident that he would fix the problem. It turned out to be the wiring (which he didn’t charge me for the actual wire). He told me the repair amount and also greased and lubed up the areas that need attention. He also adjusted the tension sprocket for the springs. You showed me that if something would happen in the near future, they would come out again and address the issue. He was professional and informative. The only problem I had was the price, probably because I’m a little too cheap and always want stuff for free LOL. Although I suppose $180 is a small price to pay for the comfort of knowing that your garage will close when it should.

Leonardo R is one if it's kind. Very professional, punctual, and hard working. He called me and gave me his arrival time and again called and said he's on his way and will be in 20 minutes. He was exactly in 20 minutes. He explained everything about what he will do and how much will be and how much time takes to finish the work. I give him 5 stars and he is really an asset for his organization.

Jacob, my Precision door guy could not have been nicer and more accommodating in helping me with our sudden garage door problem! though he did get hung up at a prior call, he was in touch with me and extremely apologetic when he arrived. I found precision door on the internet. The technician they assigned to me contacted me right away to let me know his timing and continued to stay in touch. I really appreciated it so I didn’t need to sit home all day. Once they reached my house, Brian and Jake, were great. They immediately fixed my problem and without being pushy suggested other maintenance repairs. I have had the garage doors for 18 years without any problems and they explained like a car needed some maintenance. They were extremely professional and efficient.
