After calling the office and trying to figure out how to reprogram our garage door code over the phone, the company sent us Travis, who had originally installed it. He called us that morning to say he would come earlier rather then later. As before, he was able to show us what to do. Excellent experience and would highly recommend Precision. We had a new garage door installed and from start to finish the people we dealt with were courteous, professional and competent. Travis spent time with us selecting a door style and didn't try to "over sell." He was a pleasure to deal with. Our technicians, Gerard and Kenny, were the best! Both were extremely friendly and helpful explaining certain operational features I had questions about. They even took the time to write things out for me on a separate piece of paper so I could later explain them to my husband. They were meticulous with the installation and the finished product is perfect. Overall 5 stars for sure! Nicely done Precision...

Great service from the initial phone call the serviceman completing the job. 24 hour turn-around service from the initial call to completion of job. Best service ever and even better technician. Travis worked tirelessly for 7 hours replacing two sets of springs and installed two new belt drive garage door openers on our antiquated heavy wood garage doors. Not an easy job. Thank you!
