The technicians that came to my home to service my garage door were very professional, patient, pleasant individuals. My garage door was in need of repair and they took the time to explain what was damaged and what they would recommend be done. We had many years of wear and tear on our garage door opener and all its moving parts. The door was in good shape, but nothing else. My husband and I were given the time to decide whether we wanted to replace all moving parts and the motor or just the moving parts. We felt the information given to us was based on knowledge and experience. We decided to replace the motor along with all the moving parts and we are very pleased with the outcome. The work was done professionally and in a fair amount of time. Everything was explained to me before the technicians left my home. We are very happy with the new garage door opener and hope to have it in working order for years to come.

Justin was prompt and courteous. I truly appreciated the phone call 15 minutes before his arrival. He identified the problem, fixed it, then let me know what to look for to be ahead of the curve the next time there was a problem. Fees charged were reasonable, especially given the very quick turnaround for a Sunday morning appointment. I am very pleased with my experience Precision. When the garage door wouldn't close today I looked on Angies list and found Precision garage door service rated at the top of their list. I wasn't disappointed. I called at around 2:pm and was told they could send someone to me by 5:00. I then got an e-mail confirmation with the name of the technician and his picture. Travis arrived at 3:30. He explained the problem in great detail, and showed me what the problem was. Travis was knowledgeable, professional and fixed the door quite quickly. I couldn't have asked for more - and will never use another company for our garage door!
