My repairman, Leo, was on time, courteous and efficient. He repaired the door quickly and explained other features about our doorlift which might need further maintenance. He also gave me a quote on a brand new door and door lift. I was quite satisfied.

Leonardo was extremely competent in addressing our problem which was the garage opener. He knew just what to fix, as well as checking out all aspects of the door: cables, etc. He was a pleasure to work with, due to his competence and really nice personality. Our previous experience with your company (which was the first time) with another technician was also outstanding. We would definitely recommend Precision to our neighbors. w

For some reason -- probably a couple of quick power outages in a row -- our new opener started acting erratically. We called Precision, and Travis was there the next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem -- the initial programming was lost -- and expertly and courteously got us back up and running. Precision is a great company to work with. WVSlade New Rochelle

The technicians that came to my home to service my garage door were very professional, patient, pleasant individuals. My garage door was in need of repair and they took the time to explain what was damaged and what they would recommend be done. We had many years of wear and tear on our garage door opener and all its moving parts. The door was in good shape, but nothing else. My husband and I were given the time to decide whether we wanted to replace all moving parts and the motor or just the moving parts. We felt the information given to us was based on knowledge and experience. We decided to replace the motor along with all the moving parts and we are very pleased with the outcome. The work was done professionally and in a fair amount of time. Everything was explained to me before the technicians left my home. We are very happy with the new garage door opener and hope to have it in working order for years to come.

Justin was prompt and courteous. I truly appreciated the phone call 15 minutes before his arrival. He identified the problem, fixed it, then let me know what to look for to be ahead of the curve the next time there was a problem. Fees charged were reasonable, especially given the very quick turnaround for a Sunday morning appointment. I am very pleased with my experience Precision. I will not hesitate to call the next time there is a problem.

When the garage door wouldn't close today I looked on Angies list and found Precision garage door service rated at the top of their list. I wasn't disappointed. I called at around 2:pm and was told they could send someone to me by 5:00. I then got an e-mail confirmation with the name of the technician and his picture. Travis arrived at 3:30. He explained the problem in great detail, and showed me what the problem was. Travis was knowledgeable, professional and fixed the door quite quickly. I couldn't have asked for more - and will never use another company for our garage door!
