Professional serviceman who introduced himself properly, analyzed problem, gave estimate and did repair promptly. Also explained how the door works, which I never understood. I also appreciated the email appointment confirmation and a phone call updating me of a change in schedule(because of a snow storm). I will use this service again.

Technician arrived precisely on time. He diagnosed the problem immediately. He explainmed what the problem was -- a broken spring -- and suggested in detail what he proposed to do to fix it AND to make our garage door safe. He showed me potential problem areas: frayed cables and rollers off-kilter. He detailed the costs and got my ok before starting work. The tech was friendly and efficient.
