Hi Doug, Rick explain everything to me, and he did great job. I notice on my bill it was one penny more than what I paid you. I was told $1,064.08, on email it shows $1,064.09. Sorry for one penny off. Last time Travis did work for us in 2011, so that is why I contacted you again. Like great work & that your guys clean up when they are done. Keep up great work! We had our garage door repaired (it needed extensive work, basically all replaceable parts were shot) and a new electronic door opener (the 3280) installed. The service was outstanding - friendly, quick, efficient, professional, stress-free, from the first phone call to the completion of the work on the same day. We could not be more pleased. Justin, our service technician, was wonderful: friendly, efficient, knowledgeable. He too gets 5 stars! Bravo!
