One of our two garage door openers quit. On Saturday, I called a local company that I had used in the past and never received the courtesy of a return call. Our neighbor had used Precision and was very satisfied. I went on your website today, Sunday, and saw "Let's Chat." Someone responded immediately and, as a result, an appointment was made for a service call a few hours later. Michael was at our home at the appointment time. After seeing the situation and giving us an estimate for the work, which I thought was more than fair, he replaced our two openers and installed new rollers . . . all about 4 hours after the "Chat" on a Sunday morning. I am impressed. It was clear that Michael enjoys his work and completed it in a very professional manner. I could not be more pleased with the competency of your technician, Michael. It was also clear that he was concerned with safety during every step of the installation. Michael, thank you again.

Leo R performed an excellent service fixing my garage door problem. He is very friendly and professional. Leo R quickly identified a broken part of my old LiftMaster, offered me a few options for repair and replacement. He replaced my old LiftMaster with a new one for less than an hour and took time to explain me how to use new keypads. I recommended this company to my neighbors and added it to a vendor list of our Home owners association.

Very prompt service. Ricardo showed up only two hours after my initial phone call to Precision, and he did a great job getting into my closed garage (it has no doors other than the broken closed garage door) and then diagnosing two problems, a buckling panel that I could see was also beginning to tear and, strangely, no electricity to the garage (and no switches flipped on the house circuit breaker). I ordered the panel and will need to get an electrician. The charge for the panel includes future labor for installation so I know the full cost ahead of time.

My technician, Joel, was fantastic. He called prior to his arrival, arrived on time, and was friendly and professional. He had with him all of the components and tools to install a new garage door opener (which he did not realize he would be doing prior to his arrival) right then and there. Within 90 minutes of his arrival, and within 6 hours of my initial call to Precision, I had a new, fully functional garage door opener. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of service that I received.
