Francisco was polite and very attentive to the situation regarding our garage door. We had it installed in July 2017 and just needed a little lube oil and replaced the wall opener( was defective) no worries at all! Can’t beat the excellent service and great staff. Awesome product. Very prompt service. Ricardo showed up only two hours after my initial phone call to Precision, and he did a great job getting into my closed garage (it has no doors other than the broken closed garage door) and then diagnosing two problems, a buckling panel that I could see was also beginning to tear and, strangely, no electricity to the garage (and no switches flipped on the house circuit breaker). I ordered the panel and will need to get an electrician. The charge for the panel includes future labor for installation so I know the full cost ahead of time.

My technician, Joel, was fantastic. He called prior to his arrival, arrived on time, and was friendly and professional. He had with him all of the components and tools to install a new garage door opener (which he did not realize he would be doing prior to his arrival) right then and there. Within 90 minutes of his arrival, and within 6 hours of my initial call to Precision, I had a new, fully functional garage door opener. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of service that I received.

Ricardo was prompt, and quickly deciphered that the problem with the door was one of two things. He had the part on his truck to swap out one of the two suspects, and sure enough, that was it! He then proceeded to inspect the rest of the door components. He tightened the chain and lubed the track. He gave me good advice to have an electrician swap the standard outlet for a GFI outlet. He said my board likely blew due to a lightning strike while I was away. I am thrilled to have a functioning garage door back! Thank you Ricardo, thank you Precision!
