Very professional service by Lio and support staff at Precision Door! Lio examined to door that was stuck, fixed it right away and showed me how to prevent the problem from coming back. He gave me 2 new door openers and lubricated all moving parts for effective operation. All calls were scheduled and times very efficiently. This is my 3rd service visit in 6 years and the service has always been excellent. Thank you!

The overall experience I had with Precision Garage Door of Westchester was A+++. From making the appointment, to the follow up e-mail confirming the details and information about the technician, Brian, who was terrific and let me know when he would arrive and arrived on time, the whole service was great. Brian patiently reviewed all the issues with the garage door, explained what he needed to do, gave me an estimate of the cost and time needed for the repair and then completed the job promptly. He had set up all the remote controls for me and went over the work he did and showed me how to operate the new system. I am glad I called Precision Garage Door. It was the right call. We had one of our garage doors break with the spring and safety cables completely hanging off the track! We moved into the house a few months ago and were pretty ignorant about the workings of garage doors, but I could sense that they needed help, the broken one forced us to act. My wife called Precision and they were able to get someone out to us pretty quickly to diagnose. Mike and Jacob came and after inspecting, pointed out all the flaws in the incredibly poor condition of our doors. They were very honest, showing us that the motors and doors were fine, and it was just the hardware that needed replacing. They were able to do a rebuild on all of the hardware for all 3 doors in about two hours. Couldn't believe how quickly they got it done (seemed like a TON of work), and they were just pleasant and friendly, the best. Felt completely trustworthy and I just had a great feeling overall about the job they did. Will definitely have them back for anything that we need done in the future.

Mike, the Lead Technician, was knowledgeable, efficient, and sociable--he even was even helping technicians on other jobs. He also pointed out the serious problems with our current garage door, and so, he measured and ordered a new one for us. He did a great job all around!

One of our two garage door openers quit. On Saturday, I called a local company that I had used in the past and never received the courtesy of a return call. Our neighbor had used Precision and was very satisfied. I went on your website today, Sunday, and saw "Let's Chat." Someone responded immediately and, as a result, an appointment was made for a service call a few hours later. Michael was at our home at the appointment time. After seeing the situation and giving us an estimate for the work, which I thought was more than fair, he replaced our two openers and installed new rollers . . . all about 4 hours after the "Chat" on a Sunday morning. I am impressed. It was clear that Michael enjoys his work and completed it in a very professional manner. I could not be more pleased with the competency of your technician, Michael. It was also clear that he was concerned with safety during every step of the installation. Michael, thank you again.

Leo R performed an excellent service fixing my garage door problem. He is very friendly and professional. Leo R quickly identified a broken part of my old LiftMaster, offered me a few options for repair and replacement. He replaced my old LiftMaster with a new one for less than an hour and took time to explain me how to use new keypads. I recommended this company to my neighbors and added it to a vendor list of our Home owners association.

Very disappointed as called to schedule a new door and specifically asked if could do the type of swing out door - was told yes definitely but when technician got here he said they don’t do that. Wasted everyone’s time and 1/2 day work for bad information by person answering phone. Very disappointing experience.
