Josh quickly diagnosed the problem with our existing (13-yr-old) opener. He told us our existing motor was dead and no longer in production. My husband fact-checked this and Josh was 100% correct. Rip off company. Technician comes in and tells you why you need to replace everything, including a functioning motor. The estimate came to $2,350. I had another company do the necessary work for $433.

Joshua and his team were extremely courteous and professional. Gave me through explanations on the work I needed to do right away and what I could wait for some future work, which I thought were very helpful! For some small work I often just go through YouTube instructions and fix on my own, but for our garage door (which basically stopped working), I don’t know why I didn’t ask for help much earlier. Thanks a lot Joshua!
