Mike K was terrific! He kept me informed throughout the process, including calling me to let me know when he’d arrive at my house. Showed me what he would be looking at and how he’d diagnose the issue. He explained everything he found which suggested I would need a new unit sooner rather than later. He showed me options and never pressured me. Finally, he took the time to set up the app so I could open and close the door with my phone. Precision made it very easy to set up the appointment. Was a great experience. Highly recommend.

This just might be the best company that I ever had the pleasure of dealing with in a long, long time! First of all, the company kept me updated as to the status of my appointment; I didn’t have to sit around all day waiting for the technician; both the company and he (Leonard) called me as he was on the way - and he was extremely prompt. And I didn’t have to worry about a scammer showing up; the company sent me Leonard’s photo along with a sweet bio. And I was so impressed with Leonard’s level of expertise; he resolved my immediate concern almost instantly. And, he alerted me as to a problem that will arise in the future, but put ZERO pressure on me to have his company resolve it now. In fact, he gave me helpful hints as to what I could do now to delay the problem from occurring; I was so impressed that he put my needs ahead of his company. It was such a pleasure dealing with such an honorable company; I will use them and only them, for any issues with my garages!

Great overall experience. 1. Very easy to make an appointment on line. 2. Technician showed up in the promised time frame 3. Texts kept me informed of my appointment timing 4. Mirzobek was extremely friendly and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. 5. Excellent and clean installation of my openers. 6. They programmed everything and even helped with our car openers. 7. One of the best home improvement experiences that I have had in a while.

We were having some issues with our garage door. We set up an appointment to have a tech come to look at it. Mike arrived on time. He was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable.
