Especially after telling you my experience with other Garage Door Companies, that were full of promises and never even had the courtesy to call back (specifally - Overhead Door of Elmsford). Technician arrived precisely on time. He diagnosed the problem immediately. He explainmed what the problem was -- a broken spring -- and suggested in detail what he proposed to do to fix it AND to make our garage door safe. He showed me potential problem areas: frayed cables and rollers off-kilter. He detailed the costs and got my ok before starting work. The tech was friendly and efficient. I found the company on google, and they looked reputable. I had been burned in the past so I decided to try a company that seemed more established. They were very helpful and professional and best of all, reasonably priced. They also arrived at the very beginning of the 4 hour window I was given -I appreciated not spending all afternoon waiting for them.
