Let me tell you guys something....I couldn't have met a bunch of more professional and trustworthy people!! You were so accommodating to my needs. Especially after telling you my experience with other Garage Door Companies, that were full of promises and never even had the courtesy to call back (specifally - Overhead Door of Elmsford). Precision Door was the complete opposite. From Vinny to Darren, you helpfulness, understanding, professionalism as well as knowledge, truly made me confident in the product I purchased. He explainmed what the problem was -- a broken spring -- and suggested in detail what he proposed to do to fix it AND to make our garage door safe. He showed me potential problem areas: frayed cables and rollers off-kilter. He detailed the costs and got my ok before starting work. The tech was friendly and efficient.
