From start to finish everything went smoothly. The technicians Bill and Greg who arrived to install the new garage door were excellent. I want to specifically point out that Greg was exceptional. He was able to raise the height of the garage door which was what I wanted but wasn't sure it was possible. He came up with a design for me that exceeded my expectations. He explained everything to me. He spent extra time making sure the installation around the door fit seamlessly. My wife and I are so pleased we have already recommended Precision to a family member. 5 stars all around

The two men who came to do the work quickly recognized that we needed more than new rollers, which is what we had signed up to get on Goupon. We needed new springs and runners as well. They totaled up the cost on an IPad, reviewed them with us, obtained our approval and set about making the repairs. It was all done in two hours.

Leo R. provided us with Five Star ***** service on Tuesday, 5/12/15. One of our ancient garage door openers (25+ years) had become inoperable, and Leo reviewed the situation and patiently explained all options. Given the age of our openers, it made sense to replace them both during Leo's visit, especially in light of the reasonable pricing. We appreciate Leo's scheduling to have been flexible enough to perform what was necessary and to ensure the new set-up functioned as well as it does. Its great having the new technology/security/convenience/lifetime warranty. Leonardo arrived w/helper at time promised. Both were very polite and knowledgeable. After review of my equipment, I was told I required new pulleys. I then asked about 1 of my remotes not working. Within 2 minutes Leonardo's helper had the remote working again. All work completed within about 15 mins. Then to my delight I was told there would be no charge due to Precision's warranty policy. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
