This was a great experience. Christina was very helpful in the phone in her product recommendation and scheduling the appointment. The technician showed up EARLY!!!! and the work was done under 2 1/2 hours. He was very clear in explaining the new openers and recommending repairs that need to be done on the actual garage doors. I would definitely recommend your service. My apologies that I do not recall the installer.

I found your name in the phone book. My husband and I are very pleased with your service. Within 3 hours of my call the technician arrived(on a snowy day) and installed a new garage door opener. He was very efficient and very well informed. I would highly recommend your company to any or our friends.

Good impressions first. I appreciated Rick coming out to program the remote clickers and install a new keypad despite heavy snow. He worked very hard to troubleshoot and come up with the quickest and cheapest solution possible. Now that bad part, Rick installed an LM365 and 877 keypad. The prices that we paid on these were outrageous though. We were charged $150 and $90 for these parts. I checked online and these were available for less than $30 each. Your pricing seems outrageous. We paid 4x the actual price! In summary, exceptional service from Rick. But the pricing of your parts needs to improve if you want to get our repeat business.

Garage door spring snapped and we called for service. Travis arrived at specified appointment time and after a thorough review by him, I opted for a new door. New door was installed several days later. Total experience was excellent from first communication through completion of installation. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give it a 10++.

The service was outstanding - friendly, quick, efficient, professional, stress-free, from the first phone call to the completion of the work on the same day. We could not be more pleased.
